Es war sehr schön
Pros:

Der Fitnessbereich und der Spa-Bereich, das Frühstück war top, die Aussicht auf den Eiger.

Cons:

Ein bisschen roch es auf den Fluren und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass jemand vor unserem Aufenthalt im Zimmer geraucht hat. Aber es war alles sehr neu.

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência desde o check in até o check out. Fizemos a reserva para 3 noites, tivemos que trocar para 2 noites e recebemos um valor de apenas 10% do valor total pago de reembolso. A reserva era para 3 pessoas - o quarto estava montado para apenas 2 pessoas com roupa de cama, travesseiro e toalha faltando. Funcionários robóticos e nada simpáticos - tirando os portugueses. Tem mosca no salão de refeição o tempo todo! Falta água na academia, elevador pequeno e fora de uso no dia 18/05 - energia do lugar é ruim. Café da manhã supervalorizado, box do banheiro péssimo! Pelo valor cobrado da diária deixou MUITO a desejar em vários ou aspectos.

Gorgeous facilities, amazing room with balcony and tub in the suite.

Cons:

There’s no A/C which is common for Switzerland so I don’t like deducting points for that but even in May the sun bakes the room so we had to leave the balcony door open and blast the fan they provided. Being that Switzerland is so expensive is tough spending that kind of money for no A/C.

Overpriced.
Pros:

Good views of the Eiger from our room. Good spread at breakfast. There was a coffee and cake afternoon routine which was cute!

Cons:

Check in took too long, the staff took too long going into irrelevant details when we had traveled and arrived and just waiting to get out (ended up missing going to Grindewald first as a result).

Rooms were small and felt dated (dark/dingy/too warm and no aircon!). Not very luxurious (as advertised). Bathroom was small, except for the excellent water pressure - was very dated.

Definitely not value for money.

Pros:

Location was nice but I paid for the top suite for a view and it was blocked a bit by other hotels in front....

Cons:

The Spa was not good. Massage was not very good. Parking was good (when I found the entrance). Check in counter was awkward. Beds not very comfortable...pillows really not great. I did like the bathtub.

Le personnel incroyable qui fait des efforts même si on ne parle pas la langue, toujours souriant. Le restaurant de l'hôtel, toujours super bien mangé. La vue sur l'Eiger. Excellent massage également.

Cons:

Le SPA nudiste. Le SPA est nudiste et sur le site cela n'est mentionné nul part. Je trouve dommage car nous avons été en couple, peut-être que des gens sont très à l'aise de se balader tout nu, mais nous n'avions pas du tout envie d'être nu ou des voir les gens nus. Le seul moyen d'utiliser le SPA est de le privatisé en partie, en payant.
