Pros:

The room is beautifully designed and I had the pool view.

Cons:

Internet speed was slow, marketed as high speed but I only had 4.5mb/s. Couldn’t even do a proper virtual meeting.

設備應有盡有，但月租套房式的房間及管理方式，缺少了溫度。特別衛浴設備的配置我不是很喜歡，沒有令住客放鬆的住宿氛圍。

Spacious room with a lovely pool view. Although there were a few minor issues, the staff responded quickly and resolved
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. I liked that it had a sofa bed, which offered extra space and convenience. It was well-equipped with a smart TV, mini kitchen, microwave, kettle, mini fridge, and basic utensils, which made it very convenient. The balcony was a lovely feature, furnished with a sofa and table, and offered a beautiful pool view. I also enjoyed the pleasant environment around the property. The location was good, with a laundry facility nearby, making it ideal for both short and longer stays.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard and not very comfortable. The air-conditioning unit was positioned directly facing the bed and sofa, which made it uncomfortable at times. The bathroom did not have a separate shower area, so the entire floor became wet after showering and could be quite slippery. I was also a little disappointed that the sliding door to the balcony could not be locked and the air-conditioning remote had a low battery. However, both issues were resolved promptly by the staff. It would also be helpful to have a phone in the room to contact the receptionist directly.

Semua bersih, air deras, water heater baru, ac sejuk, wifi laju, restoran makan keliling hotel, kedai runcit merata,. hati senang, semua bahagia.

Cons:

Jalan menuju ke kolam renang tidak begitu detail, tetapi mudah untuk diingati arahan ringkas dari staff bertugas. Kolam kecil sebenarnya. Tidak semua tempat boleh di renangi..ada notis arahan di larang berenang di tempat yang dilarang.

It is a bit away from the centre so it is not a busy area. The pillows are very comfortable. There is a mini kitchen in the room complete with electrical stove, microwave, sink and other kitchen appliances.

Cons:

The room lacks adequate hanging space or hooks for guest clothing and wet towels. The room's weak Wi-Fi signal caused the television to buffer and freeze repeatedly.

What we like most about the The Sigar Hotel at Sutera Bay is its strategic location near Kota Kinabalu city centre, secure parking facilities, and the abundance of attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas within walking distance. It is a convenient, comfortable, and accessible place to stay while exploring Kota Kinabalu.

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was the strong sewerage smell from the bathroom. We had to use our own room freshener to manage the odour. While this may be due to the hotel's proximity to the river, resolving this issue would significantly improve guest comfort.
