Esperienza deludente: struttura ben lontana dagli standard di un 4 stelle

Sinceramente faccio fatica a comprendere le numerose recensioni positive, perché durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un’esperienza decisamente negativa e non siamo riusciti a trovare aspetti che giustifichino la classificazione a 4 stelle.

Innanzitutto, questa struttura non offre gli standard che ci si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle. Le camere sono prive di aria condizionata, l’isolamento acustico è insufficiente, il balcone era sporco e il posacenere non era stato svuotato prima del nostro arrivo.

Il problema più grave ha riguardato il frigorifero della camera, che non funzionava, in una città che in quei giorni registrava temperature di circa 38°C. Alla nostra richiesta di verificare il guasto e trovare una soluzione, ci è stato risposto che “i frigoriferi sono rotti” e che non era possibile intervenire. L’unica soluzione proposta è stata quella di conservare le nostre bevande nel frigorifero del bar dell’hotel.

Constatando che nel corso della giornata non era stato fatto nulla per risolvere il problema, abbiamo chiesto nuovamente la sostituzione del frigorifero o, in alternativa, il cambio di camera. In questa occasione, l’atteggiamento del personale alla reception è diventato addirittura aggressivo e poco professionale. Solo dopo aver aperto un reclamo tramite Booking.com ci è stata finalmente assegnata un’altra camera.

Anche la cosiddetta “ricca colazione” ci ha lasciato molto perplessi. Chi la definisce tale probabilmente ha aspettative molto basse rispetto agli standard alberghieri: la scelta era limitata e alcuni prodotti, come gli affettati, apparivano poco freschi.

L’unico vero punto di forza di questo hotel è la posizione. Tuttavia, nella stessa zona si possono trovare numerose altre strutture che offrono un servizio decisamente migliore, personale professionale e standard qualitativi adeguati.

Das Hotel Vienna ist immer eine Reise wert!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage - nur wenige Minuten zum Verkehrsknoten Praterstern. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal!!! Komfortable Zimmer und ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Auch nach mehreren Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel macht es immer wieder Lust den Urlaub hier zu verbringen.

Bien aimé! Je le recommande.
Pros:

Bel emplacement dans un quartier calme et sympathique. Proche du métro et autobus. À quelques pas du Prater parc. Déjeuner excellent! Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Très chaud durant la canicule. Seulement qu’un petit ventilateur.

Sensational!
Pros:

Keine 5 Minuten vom Praterstern, zentraler geht es nicht. Da es sehgr heiß war gab es ausreichent Ventilatoren um das Zimmer zu kühlern. Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen.

Pros:

The location is great near the train Praterstern BHF from there you can travel anywhere. But we came in hot days, no A\C in the room only a very small fan, which made our stay very annoying.
Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room is OK, However you must sleep with open windows so you hear during nights and early morning all kinds of noises that prevent yours's sleep hours.

Great hotel in good location
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Location away from centre but within easy reach of metro and tram stops.

Cons:

Stayed at hotel during heatwave so air con in room would have helped with sleeping. I understand this is not normal weather conditions but may need considering if global changes continue.

Ich werde bestimmt wieder einmal im Hotel Vienna am Prater einchecken.
Pros:

Die Nähe zu einer U-Bahnstation war bestens. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer passte ebenfalls. Angenehm war auch die ruhige Lage trotz Nähe des Praters☺️
Beim Frühstück vermisste ich gar nichts, es war von allem genügend und in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden.

Cons:

Hier kann ich nichts hineinschreiben, weil ich rundherum zufrieden war.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Dreibett - Zimmer und das eine Bett war schön in einer Nische seperiert. Das fand ich super.
Das Zimmer war sehr gross , einfach toll für drei Personen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Personal war superfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Für uns war alles ok.

Top Lage und ruhig
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer im Innenhof bekommen und war sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr leise und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm, nicht zu weich nicht zu hart. Das Personal top freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wie immer sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder
