La ubicación, cómodo acceso desde la Ring Road y el Círculo Dorado. Tiene una buena relación calidad-precio teniendo en cuenta los precios del alojamiento en Islandia. El entorno donde se encuentra ubicado en una sola planta, rodeado de establos, campos de entrenamiento de caballos, que se pueden ver desde las ventanas. Camas cómodas y desayuno correcto.
