Great stay
Pros:

The location is excellent close to the train station and cathedral. Staff were very helpful with check in and breakfast was excellent. My stay was only one night but the price was very reasonable.

Cons:

There was some news from the street at night. Aside from that it was fine.

Very, very poor on all counts.
Cons:

Lighting in room abysmal. Shower did not work. Tub very deep for older guests and slippery. Room very warm and airless. Male staff at breakfast rudely directional about table we could use. He also told us there was little left to choose from for the continental breakfast which we had prepaid; supply would not be replenished until next day. Breakfast man also rude on our departure. Staff in restaurant in evening more customer friendly. Would not recommend this hotel.

A fairly cosy hotel with nice staff.
Pros:

Great area in Worcester. pretty comfortable room/bed. The staff were good and friendly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

Cons:

The cleaning of the room not good - almost non existent. We only knew someone had come in as the rubbish bin had been emptied. Also the sink and loo hadn't been touched. One of us accidently pulled the towel rail off the bathroom wall on our first night. We informed the guy on reception. He said it would be fixed during our stay, but unfortunately nothing was done about it.

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

This place is perfectly situated for me as it is easy walking distance from the station and from my Race. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are great. I had dinner there and that was really good.
