Well located in the city center and walking distance to most places and well worth the money!
Pros:

It is a new hotel. It is vey well located. We walked for 10-15 minutes and were able to access most of the things we want to see and visit. But the weather in July is just WAY too hot! We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel even though it was only a 15 minutes walk.

Cons:

The staff was not precise on answeing questions. But I guess it is part of the Japanese culture. The small fridge is VERY small and there isn't space to put much in there. The carpet was not too clean and could use more attention.

朝食が美味しい

Cons:

写真で見たより部屋が狭い。
開業して僅か1年程なのに、浴室のフロア至る所にカビだらけ。ベッド周りの下、頭上にあるライト周りに掃除した形式無し。
室内にクローゼットが無いため　服掛けるスペース無し。
部屋はアッパーフロアで　いい部屋のはずなのにビジネスホテル以下の部屋使用。

Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä; hotellilta oli kävelymatka ostoskaduille, kauppahalliin, puistoihin, leikkipuistoihin ja japanilaiseen puutarhaan.
Ilmastointi oli erittäin tehokas.
Yläkerran baarista oli hienot näköalat ja jäätelö oli hyvää.

Cons:

Huoneen siisteydessä oli ehdottomasti parantamisen varaa, eikä vastaa neljän tähden hotellin kriteerejä. Hotelli on vuoden vanha, joten se on ehkä pärjännyt alkuun pienemmällä siivouksella, mutta nyt käytön jälki alkaa näkyä. Siivoojilla tulisi olla riittävästi aikaa ja resursseja poistaa tahrat seinistä ja altaista sekä imuroida huonekalujen alta. Kylpyhuone haisi tunkkaiselta ja viemäriltä ja laatoituksessa ja ovessa näytti kasvavan hometta.
Ilmastointi oli todella äänekäs.
