J’ai eu une grosse fuite d’eau dans la chambre en pleine averses tropicales.
L’hôtel est très confortable et vraiment bien placé. Les personnel est à la fois très pro et vraiment adorable. Mention spéciale pour l’équipe du petit déjeuner avec Bow, qui vous fait commencer la journée avec le sourire.

We really love the hotel and have stayed here many times.
There is a building under construction right next to the hotel, and the noise is unbearable starting from 8:00 AM every morning.
Workers are standing directly in front of our room window, so we had to keep the curtain closed throughout the entire stay.
This serious disturbance was not mentioned anywhere before booking, and we paid full price — actually even higher than usual.

My partner and I recently stayed at Tastoria Collection Hotel Sukhumvit, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had.
Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to arrange a romantic surprise for my partner. From the very first message, Eye from Guest Relations went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She helped arrange airport transportation, answered all of my questions, coordinated a beautiful room setup, and made us feel welcome long before we even arrived.
We stayed in the Junior Suite with the bathtub in the room, which was every bit as beautiful as the photos. The room was stylish, comfortable, spotless, and perfect for a romantic getaway.
A special thank you also goes to Pim from Housekeeping. She created an amazing decoration with swans, flower petals, and a personalized photo display that completely exceeded our expectations. Seeing my partner's reaction when she entered the room was one of the highlights of our trip. The attention to detail and care that went into the setup was truly remarkable.
Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Rather than a standard buffet, Tastoria offers an excellent à la carte breakfast menu with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed both traditional Thai dishes and more Western-style breakfasts, all freshly prepared to order. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and of high quality. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had and something we looked forward to every morning.
The airport pickup service was smooth and professional, the check-in process was warm and welcoming, and throughout our stay the staff consistently showed genuine hospitality and kindness. We even received a thoughtful farewell card and gift, which was a wonderful touch and perfectly reflected the level of care we experienced during our stay.
That the TV did not have any streaming capabilities, or streaming apps. Only screen mirroring.
That the swimming pool closes already at 19:00, feels a little early.

Excellent boutique hotel. Rooms were spacious, very clean, modern. Location was highly convenient.
Breakfast was incredible! You’re given choice of two dishes from a large menu, and they were delicious and very filling, some small buffet options of bread, cereals and fruit also. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had.
Small gym, only 3-4 machines.
Unfortunately building is surrounded by construction, both sides. Staff were incredibly kind about the situation, offered earplugs and to change rooms. Noise starts after 8 AM.
