Страхотен персонал, не толкова добра кухня.
Pros:

Момчетата от сервиза работиха бързо, чисто и качествено. всички бяха вежливи и любезни. Особенно любезен, услужлив и усмихнат беше отговорникът по организирането на закуската Касим, прекрасен организатор и много благ човек. На блокмасата имаше много и много вкусни зеленчуци и сирена. По заявка от клиента се сервираха и много вкусни омлети, наистина вкусни. Басейните са чисти и добре поддържани. Персоналът обгрижваше туристите много добре. Хотела и градините около сградите се чистеха поддържаха отлично.

Cons:

ЗАКУСКАТА - на блокмасата липсваше асортимент от колбаси. Само един вид колбас в "Бен Мари"-то на ден, и то не особенно вкусен. Печените тестени изделия също бяха безвкусни. Голями чаши от 200мл. за сок и вода имаше само 2 или 3. Ползваха се чашите за турски чай, а те са малки. ставаш 4-5 пъти да си наливаш сок.
ВЕЧЕРЯТА - менюто А ЛА КАРТ за вечеря не беше от най-вкусните, съобразено беше с вкусовете на гостите от Скандинавието и Англия, но не беше добре изпълнено. Като че ли се приготвяха основно полуфабрикати с доста еднакви вкусове. Шоуто на вечерта беше приготвянето на "Шатобриян" /или нещо подобно/ пред масата на гостите, но главният сервитьор правеше фламбето по доста странен начин - загряваше силно мазнината и пръскаше върху нея сок от резен лимон и мазнината пламваше. Почти съм сигурен, че за да пламне така мазнината то тя е силно прегрята и започнала да нагаря, което влошава много вкуса на ястието. Фламбе се прави с алкохол концентрат при много по-ниска температура за да не загаря мазнината /знам за какво говоря защото съм рабтил "Геридон сервиз" - приготвяне на храна пред госта, в Швейцария/.
ПЛАЖЪТ - в сайта за хотела е написано, че Мелиса Гардън има собствен плаж. Да има плаж но не е само за гостите на хотела /както например гостите на хотел "Дафне" имат собствен плаж, който е зрко охраняван и пазен от чужди плажуващи/. Плажът на Мелиса Гардън е всъщност общият публичен плаж, където доста нахални местни младежи често ти крадяха шезлонга докато си в морето. Може би от ръкводството са имали предвит под собствен плаж басейните на хотела, но това са басейни а не плаж с пясък и море. А най-неприятното е, че няма табели с надписи кой плаж на кой хотел е, и ако седнеш на грешен шезлонг идва сърдит индивид и те гони най-нелюбезно и скандално сякаш си крадец или престъпник. Това е някак обидно.

Pros:

Geweldige kwaliteit voor die prijs. Zeer vriendelijke en geweldig behulpzame staff, met speciale vermelding voor Kasim. Leuk zwembad, met genoeg schaduwzones. Het eten was zeer lekker, met gevarieerde menu's en buffetten.

Cons:

Kamers zijn een beetje kaal en gedateerd, wel schoon en zeer ruim.

Overall, it’s a lovely and comfortable place for a vacation, made even better by the wonderful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is not big and not small, very pleasant, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. Having two pools. Majority of guests are British.
The rooms are clean and very spacious. The kitchen has all the essentials you need to cook breakfast or even lunch, including a few pots, a frying pan, a two-burner stove, and a small fridge.
I want to give a special shoutout to two staff members. Kasim Kaya, the night manager, is incredibly responsive, reliable, and always ready to help. Also, I highly recommend the masseuse, Elmez, she is a true professional. I did a full massage course with her and got fantastic results!

Cons:

The Alessia Hotel is located right opposite, and the entertainment from their stage which borders Melissa can get quite loud in the evenings

Вполне достойный отель.
Pros:

Понравился персонал - все очень дружелюбны. Особенно я бы отметил команду, которая обслуживает ресторан, молодые ребята, старательные , всегда готовы помочь, с хорошей памятью (что, увы, часто большая редкость).
Вообще , для трехзвездочного отеля - все супер.
Для тех, кто путешествует на машине - на задах всегда куча свободных мест.
Для большой семьи - огромные номера. У нас семья из 4-х человек, и номер получил с 3-мя комнатами. Это очень приятно.

Cons:

1. Увы, тихих мест до 12 ночи в отеле найти не возможно. Соседний отель - Анастасия - каждую ночь проводит дискотеку, вне зависимости от посещаемости. И это - проблема. Вообще, именно это место побережья переполнено - напоминает итальянский Римини - пляж с 8-ью рядами шезлонгов на протяжении нескольких километров.
2. Для русских туристов с белорусскими и казахскими картами виза платить в отеле - проблема. Похоже, у отеля эквайринг от АКБанка. Довольно редкая ситуация, но именно в этом отеле платежи по таким картам не проходят (ну либо кто то очень предпочитает наличные ). Лучше запастить наличными в России, в окрестностях отеля наличные можно получить только с большой комиссией.

Izuzetan odnos cene i dobijene usluge. Zaista iskreno preporucujem. Velike sobe, odlicna hrana, odlicna lokacija i nadasve izuzetno ljubazno i predusretljivo osoblje. Moram da pomenem momke koji su ucinili da se osecamo fenomenalno a to su Ahmet, Yas, Mustafa i Kasim.

We absolutely loved our stay there
Pros:

Spacious rooms: The rooms are incredibly spacious, feeling more like two-room apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Perfect size & atmosphere: This hotel is the perfect mid-size—not too big, not too small. It allows for a truly personal touch and food made with real soul.

Great layout: Because of the hotel's layout, you always have a choice. You can either join the evening entertainment and dine at the restaurant, or stay in the quiet part of the property where you barely hear any party noise. We stayed in the quiet section and absolutely loved it.

Clean & Green: The entire property is very clean and beautifully green.

Outstanding staff: The staff made our stay truly special. A huge thank you to the night manager, Kasim Kaya, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us with every single request.

Cons:

Beach access: Melissa doesn’t have its own private beach accessible directly from the property. You have two options: either a 7-8 minute walk along the promenade to a very basic beach that has all the essentials, or a 15-minute ride on a dedicated shuttle bus to, premium beach (with the shuttle running back as well).

Excellent facility with great staff
Pros:

Clean and spacious facility with great staff, always ready to make you feel welcome. Excellent food, more pools, great shows. Hotel arranged a shuttle bus from airport which was very convenient, communication was amazing, replying to all questions before the trip.

Cons:

A bit far from the sea 15 min walk considering my parents are 70+, but we knew that before the trip. Hotel also provides a shuttle to the sea in the morning and evening

Pros:

Відпочивали родиною із 2 маленькими дітьми. Цей готель майже ідеально підходить для таких категорій відпочивальників.
Фактично, готель складається з 2 частин, які розділені невеликим проїздом. Територія невелика, але зелена і дуже добре доглянута. В кожній з частин готелю є басейн та міні-басейн для малюків. В одному із басейнів є водяна гірка. До безкоштовного пляжу можна дійти за 8-10 хвилин та скористатися там ліжаками та парасолями.
Номери хоч і не дуже великі, але в них достатньо місця, для розміщення. Кожного дня змінювалися рушники. В номері були плита, посуд, чайник, фен, сейф тощо. Пральної машинки не було, але на рецепції можна замовити послугу прання. На території готелю є спа-центр та тату салон.
Окрема подяка персоналу за постійну увагу. Особливо хочу виділити команду ресторану, яка завжди намагалася догодити всім в нашій невеликій групі. Дуже дякую Yas, Kasim, Ahmet та Mustafa за вашу турботу!
Ми брали поселення із харчуванням зі сніданком та вечерею. На сніданок шведська лінія, вибір продуктів цілком пристойний. На вечерю можна було обирати із приблизно 20-25 позицій, які містилися в меню. За окрему оплату можна було замовити додаткове харчування.

Cons:

Якість Інтернету не дуже висока. Також в номері можна додати питну воду. Втім, її можна купити поруч в численних магазинчиках.
