Magical place!!
Gorgeous surroundings, romantic , amazing staff

Très agréable petit déjeuner buffet, avec une bonne variété de produits.
Un luogo unico e particolare, lo staff preparato e gentile, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra anche se eravamo in una struttura ricercata.
Bella la camera, molto comodo il letto, la degustazione in cantina molto carina.
Tutto il personale molto cortese, dalla reception al ristorante e alla piscina.
L'organizzazione non è all'altezza di un 5* L. All'arrivo e non abbiamo avuto nessuna indicazione sul parcheggio né assistenza. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora che la camera fosse pronta nonostante l'orario fosse quello corretto per il check-in e abbiamo dovuto sollecitare.
Arrivati finalmente in camera abbiamo aspettato un'altra mezz'ora buona per i bagagli (che ci avevano detto essere già lì) e abbiamo dovuto nuovamente sollecitare noi, perdendo molto tempo.
In ultimo, non c'è molta coordinazione tra i servizi offerti: quando si effettua un servizio in più non viene ben gestito e ho perso molto tempo anche in fase di check out perché non riuscivano a capire i servizi già saldati e quelli ancora da saldare.
Manutenzioni in camera da migliorare (il bidet e il porta asciugamani si muovevano dal muro).

The property has a fantastic vibe, with beautiful colours, striking artwork and lovely gardens throughout. The staff were exceptional — young, enthusiastic and genuinely happy to be there. We had some great conversations with both the sommelier and our waiter, who shared the same passion and enthusiasm for what they do. The shuttle service to town was very convenient, and all staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resident chickens were also a charming touch.
Breakfast was very good, but it would be better if all menu items were included in the room rate rather than some attracting an additional charge. The shower setup could also be improved — the bath with a sliding door allows water to spill everywhere. At least two large complimentary bottles of water should be provided in the room. Finally, while Saor was enjoyable, the restaurant menu could offer a little more variety.

Great art, beautiful building, attentive staff.
The only point I would mention is that there is no iron or steamer available in the room, and the only option for pressing clothes is a paid laundry service. Having stayed in five-star hotels across various countries, this is the first time I have encountered this. I believe that basic amenities such as an iron or steamer should be included in the room rate and provided complimentary.
The breakfast was good, but the selection felt somewhat limited. After three nights, we found ourselves getting a little bored with the options.
