I have loved everything about this place! The staff is very welcoming and helpful (and can speak English if you need it). I got upgraded to a wonderful room with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi - all to myself! Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is great, with options to please all palates, including some wonderful Sicilian food. The hotel is not easily reachable by foot from the city center, but there are shuttles coming and going all the time which you can reserve in advance. There are also many tours to book to visit beautiful Taormina all around. Additionally, if you want to just relax, there is a beautiful pool and a restaurant open throughout the day. And in case that isn't enough, you also have amazing views of Taormina and Etna from every corner of the hotel. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Everything and everyone. An exceptional property with a terrific view and excellent restaurant. The rooms are spacious and beautiful each with a wonderful terrace. There is a shuttle service down to Taromjna town so you don’t miss a thing.

Beautiful hotel in the hills above Taormina. Rooms were spacious and elegant! Nice restaurant also!
It was absolutely spotless. We could not fault our stay in any way. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was first class and of a very good quality. All the staff were so very helpful, especially Ada who was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Wonderful views of Mount Etna however, due to the eruption our flight was delayed by two days! We are keeping everything crossed that it’s not delayed again! Shame we didn’t get to say hi to Jim and Charlie but their presence was everywhere. Loved the cat plaques on the wall, especially the one with the guitar 🎶🎸🎶
The pillows were very hard
The hotel is beautifully maintained and managed, room sizes are excellent with open views across to Mount Etna. They are large with comfy beds and everything is very clean with good size en suite bathrooms.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast has a good spread of cooked and continental dishes.
The views from the hotel are amazing.
The hotel is very high up from the main town of Taormina but a regular shuttle service into town is provided at additional cost.

The rooms are a decent size with a nice view of Mount Etna.
The pool was great and always had a spot.
The overall service was great, they have a shuttle bus to the centre which is super practical. They also have contacts for spots at the beach so would suggest going through them as the transfer is included.
Minor improvement:
We had planned a day trip somewhere and the reception probably knew it wasn’t great location and didn’t say anything. We would’ve appreciated a heads up but obviously they didn’t organised it so didn’t have to…
The staff was amazing! Breakfast was great !!! The shuttle to town a godsend 🙌our room was beautiful the art the attention to detail was gorgeous

Location and size of property were ideal for us. Staff were wonderful and the peaceful surroundings were amazing.
That they charged for all water. A small bottle of water each day without charge would have been good.
