Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. The view is simply breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the accommodation was one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy every moment.

The location is perfect—close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the crowds and noise, making it the ideal place for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Everything was spotless. The room and all the common areas were impeccably clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The staff deserves special recognition. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Un séjour agréable mais en demi teinte au vue de certains dis fonctionnement de la chambre
Pros:

La vue incroyable et l’emplacement. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable

Cons:

Des équipements qui ne fonctionnaient pas : lampes devant le lavabo ou vers la seconde partie de la chambre. Petit déjeuner décevant apporté dans la chambre dans des boites oublié du café pas ramené .

Absolutely beautiful location, but a few little area for improvement.

View was absolutely amazing and overall a very stylish room. Unique (although maybe not for Santorini!

Cons:

Not so much “didn’t like” but more that it wasn’t quite as great as expected?
- quality of breakfast - late, cold & missing items. Served in lots of plastic containers.
- bedding - the two single beds for our kids were very hard & more like thin squabs/mattresses than actual beds. Noting other than a sheet provided (initially) for any warmth.
- bathroom - because it was cave like it was very damp - no way to extract hot air during/after shower., and so it juts had a really damp unpleasant smell.
- stairs from walkway to room were pretty treacherous - potentially I should have read this in the description, but a bit challenging. Amazing service from the team though as they carried our suitcase both to & from our room.

Amazing!
Pros:

Such an amazing view of the sunset from this hotel. Everything was clean and breakfast service was quick and efficient. Great location calm and peaceful compared to Oia.

Cons:

It is a hilly walk up and down to get to the main roads but its to be expected for a cave hotel

Atendimento surreal da Vera, uma das profissionais mais qualificada em atendimento que tive nesse periodo pela Europa.

Cons:

O quarto Cave que é um quarto todo fechado não possui ventilação. Não recomendo este quarto. Como não gostei do quarto se prontificaram a mudar de quarto no dia seguinte.
