Ac us really bad I changed room 3 times and still the ac was bad
all other staff were great except the ones in the lobby.
The property cleanliness, AC and facilities in the room were better than a 5 star hotel (which I had stayed before this one)
All other staff was top class!! Except, Lobby staff and front desk - they didnt misbehave with me, one of them was speaking rudely to his co-worker not I was expecting in a 4 star hotel.
The ones in lobby were not bad. Its just that their attitude was not warm and friendly.
Abbiamo alloggiato qui per due settimane e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Lo staff sempre molto gentile e preparato, colazione ottima ed anche il resto dei servizi offerti (piscina/palestra ecc) erano molto validi! Posizione abbastanza comoda, vicino alla metto e con taxi sempre disponibili. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
