Es muy tranquilo, personal agradable, sobre todo Cristina, encargada del desayuno.
Por lo demás, sin más.

No le daría mas de tres estrellas, las instalaciones no son de lujo ni de lejos, muy básico, no tiene restaurante ni servicio de habitaciones y además lo anuncian como ONLY ADULTS" y no es verdad, yo reserve pensando que era así y había niños, luego resulta que tienen anexo otro edificio con su propia piscina para adultos, si en mi reserva especificaba "ONLY ADULTS" por qué no me ubicarón donde correspondía? Tampoco me dieron respuesta .

Pros:

Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, foarte curat, personalul este foarte amabil, bine instruit și foarte ospitalier. A fost totul la superlativ!
Am avut plăcerea să o cunoaștem pe Dna Cristina, o prezență foarte plăcută, care interacționa foarte frumos cu oaspeții hotelului! Este un loc în care merită să te reîntorci!

Pros:

Great location, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Beds comfortable and towels were clean. Pools are cold but great when the sun is blazing!

Cons:

Despite its outward appearance which is very attractive, the rooms (well ours which was 108) were showing signs of neglect, chipped paint, bathrooms looking tired with the door looking worse for wear

The breakfast was amazing! The location is great- peaceful and quiet!
If you have a car there is a free parking and also the bus station is 2 minutes walk. Also the beach is 2 minutes walk.

La posizione era eccezionale per godersi la splendida spiaggia di Perissa.

Cons:

La colazione purtroppo non si addice ad una struttura di 5 stelle. Solo buffet, caffè, cappuccino e succhi fatti con una sorta di distributore. Pochissima scelta per chi è intollerante al glutine

We had a great time and will definitely be back!
Pros:

We’ve spent seven nights and were very happy with the service, property cleanliness and also the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for your patience and hospitality: Dimitris, Cristina and Helena. And also the other members of staff who were very friendly and always willing to help.
The property is very close to the black sand beach (2 minutes walk) and same to Dorian’s Pub (great beer and cocktail prices). In front of Dorian’s pub there’s the bus stop to go to Fira (€2,70/person each way)
We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Cons:

The breakfast area could do with a bit more attention and staff could be more attentive to when foods and drinks need to be topped up or replaced without being asked.
