Cozy and Comfortable
Pros:

It was fun, only thing was once booked through Expedia we didn’t expect to not have a fridge. My sister in law and I booked the same exact thing and she had a fridge.

O Hotel é bom em relação a custo e beneficio
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, fizemos passeios a pé pelo centro .
Tem um restaurante/pub legal embaixo do hotel.
Oferecem estacoes de agua gratuita nos corredores de cada andar , para que possa encher garrafas

Cons:

Quando chegamos o quarto não estava pronto ( chegamos tarde , por volta de 21:30. Por nos fazer aguardar a limpeza do quarto , nos ofereceram uma cortesia de comer num restaurante que eles tem parceria , no predio mesmo) . Resumindo , não ficamos no quarto que reservamos ( nos deram um outro) . No dia seguinte nos deram a opção de trocar , porem como so iriamos passar esses dois dias lá , preferimos manter como estava.

Meu tempo em Chicago foi excepcional
Pros:

A localização muito boa, perto de vários pontos turísticos. O hotel tem segurança extra como ter que usar o cartão para subir no elevador e acessar o seu quarto. Café da manhã muito bom, servido no pub parceiro.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo foi que tentei negociar trocar de quarto, mas não fui atendida.

Situation idéale en plein cœur de Chicago
Pros:

La localisation était parfaite, en plein centre de Chicago.
Parking à 28$ par jour (contre 67$ au tarif normal) mais ne pas oublier de faire valider le ticket auprès de l'accueil car ils ne le proposent pas proactivement.

Cons:

Mériterait un coup de neuf (vieil hôtel) et l'ascenseur est petit pour le nombre de personnes qu'il doit véhiculer.

Pesimo el personal para ayudarte o brindarte soluciones
Cons:

Mande un paquete al hotel (antes consulté si podía hacerlo y si me avisaban cuando estaba). Cuando llegue al hotel a buscarlo me dijeron que nunca habia llegado y no me dieron ninguna respuesta. Tampoco me ayudaron a poder rastrearlo ni mucho menos me reintegraron el dinero. Desde el vendedor me decian que estaba entregado y ellos me decian que no.
