Good hotel in a great location
Pros:

Nice big room. Helpful staff. Great location. Pretty decent breakfast, slightly lacking in flavour - 1 had a different thing all 3 days, so not a one off.

Cons:

No wardrobe or clothes hanging rail in room despite loads of space for something. Noisy a.c. Electronic check in good in principle, but “key” on phone did not work, however physical key card given on request.

Great place to stay in Chicago. Okay no frills room.
Pros:

Fantastic Location. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortably soft. Getting out of it was a bit of an ordeal. We also had plumbing problems with the toilet. They sent someone quickly to deal with it (twice), but clearly the problem was down the line and a plumbing overhaul may be needed

We enjoyed a short, but pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location is ideal. Super fast elevators! Smooth check in/check out process. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a basic Club room. Small, but adequate for a short stay. Tidy, with all the necessities — and appliances that worked. Nice shower with actual water strength! Bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

Windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Of course, clean windows may be difficult to maintain since the hotel is in the heart of downtown Chicago.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, et super petits déjeuners au Pub en dessous

Cons:

D’une manière générale, les hôtels à Chicago sont chers, celui-ci l’est également un peu.
La moquette au sol n’est pas toujours très propre et des cheveux dans la douche

Okay and Friendly Hotel in Downtown
Pros:

It was just ok.
The room was clean but definitely on the old-fashioned side. The position is definitely the bonus of this hotel.
The hotel has a nice fitness/weight room that can be accessed with a key.
