Ótimo Atendimento. Quarto espaçoso. Estacionamento no local pago. 5 libras o pernoite. Silencioso.

In need of an upgrade. Rooms were comfortable but decor, fixtures and fittings in need of an upgrade. Front entrance to pub was well maintained but rear entrance to hotel had a slight smell of damp and approach from carpark unkempt with weeds growing through pavement

Staff were very good. Food was great but the menu could be a little more extensive. Very clean and spacious.
The first room we were given had a problem with the bathroom. We were moved and upgraded. The room was much nicer and a lot bigger.
Lo único que puedo decir a favor es que tenían parking,pero cuidado es de pago.
Las instalaciones no se veían limpias,el día que llegamos nos cobraron el parking por dos días,que fue lo que estuvimos y pasadas 8horas me llega un mensaje de que se me acababa la duración,evidentemente como no existe parquímetro como tal,hice caso omiso y lo mantuve el día y medio que me quedaba.
Para ver los Cotswolds de nuevo,no eligiera esta ubicación.
Las tazas de la habitación estaban sucias y si os digo como nos hicieron la habitación el segundo día da la risa,el mando apareció entre los cojines y la colcha la lanzaron hacia arriba tal cual cayó.
Me cobraron casi 6 libras por una botella de agua,después de esperar como 10 minutos por ella,apareció la chica y acto seguido detrás de ella un hombre mandó cambiar algo en el ordenador,nos quisieron engañar ya que no dominamos bien el inglés,pero de ahí a tomarnos por tontos…Decir que preguntamos para cenar cerca y nos dijeron que buscásemos en Google tal cual.
No hot water in showers. Parking is additional cost and wasn’t clear in initial booking. Breakfast is quite poor.
