الدخول والحصول على المفتاح كان صعبا...الحصول على مفتاح إضافى كات صعبا..كان البحث عن مفتاح الغرفه ينم باالبحث فى رزمه كبيره من المفاتيح. الحصول على عربة تحميل العفش وتنزيله كان صعبا...المناشف كانت باهته ومتغيرة اللون. استلمت رساله الساعه 37: 01 بأن معوعد تسليم الغرفه هو من 11 الى الواحده ظهرا..علما بأنى سألت موظف الإستقبال فى الفجر حوالى الساعه الخامسه عن موعد المغادره وأفادنى أنه الساعه الثانيه ظهرا.

I will come back next time I visit Makkah
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel, worth the money. Staff is polite and helpful. Many restaurants and stores around the area.

Cons:

A little bit far from the Haram, but the bus station is right in front of the hotel that will take you to Kudi station and from there you can take the free shuttle to Haram
