Unsatisfactory. We were very disappointed. We never stay here again.
Pros:

The convenience of its location off the freeway

Cons:

They had two ice machines both were broken. The pillows were old and lumpy. The staff were very rude. Every time we talk to them or asked them about something they wouldn’t have an answer or would say they didn’t have it or couldn’t help us. On the day we checked out the woman in the front office said we had until 1130 to be out of the room. If we were there after 11:30 AM, she was going to keep the security deposit. We were out just before 11:30 and they still kept my security deposit. The sink faucet was broken. The rooms were less than clean. The fan in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom had a very musty smell to it. All of the outlets in the room were loose so when you tried to plug something in, it would just fall right back out of the outlet. The remote for the TV was taped together with parts missing and didn’t work for the TV.

Worst experience ever!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing good about this place

Cons:

They lost my reservation and would not help or work with booking.com. They didn't even have a person working the desk, they had a "live" teller from India who barely spoke English. The location was also extremely low class with homeless people and the like.

The ghetto
Pros:

Absolutely nothing it's in the ghetto I was locked out of my room once and then I was locked in my room they called the manager at home not once did she answer her phone and then they had to call the police department to get me out of my room pathetic

Cons:

The management is horrible I was locked in my room inside and out with kids the manager never answer her phone from the house so they had to call the police department to give me out of my room which is pathetic I would not recommend this to my worst enemy I will be calling corporate on Monday which today is Sunday

Pros:

The physical human was polite and as helpful as he could.

Cons:

The checkin process using a screen instead of the human man that was standing right there, is annoying. The pillows were ridiculously small. The TV didn't have an accurate guide, so finding something to watch was a pain. The ice machines were plugged in, but didn't produce any ice.
