The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the food is delicious, and the selection is extensive. The waiters were friendly, the rooms were always cleaned thoroughly, and the pools were beautiful and clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff predominantly communicate in Russian, and many of them do not speak English at all, which is extremely disappointing. We were consistently addressed in Russian, which we found offensive. We were left with the impression that only Russian guests are truly welcome at this hotel. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.

Russian music was frequently played throughout the hotel, and the arrogant behaviour of some Russian guests made spending evenings in the hotel uncomfortable. As a result, we ended up staying in our room most evenings. The sunglasses shop at the hotel played Russian propaganda radio at an extremely loud volume, which was genuinely disturbing.

Another major issue is the taxi monopoly operating around the hotel. A journey of just 3 km costs €20, and it is impossible to order a regular taxi. It is incomprehensible why the hotel allows its guests to be treated this way. If you are unwilling to pay these exorbitant prices, you are essentially trapped at the hotel.

Finally, the zoo located at the hotel was deeply upsetting. The animals are kept in unnaturally small cages and appear to live in very poor conditions. This was a heartbreaking sight and seriously affected our overall impression of the hotel.

Шумно от соседних отелей, да и в нашем барабанила музыка до полуночи. Маловато места в ресторане. Иногда приходилось ждать стол, правда недолго.

A lovely resort with lots of activities, pools, food and a great beach

All the facilites, cafe’s, restaurants, activities, pools and the beach.

Cons:

The rooms and cleaning aren’t up to the standards of the hotel, also some of the reception employees weren’t helpful and weren’t english speakers which is important in a hotel.

Good facilities, but disappointing staff, poor reception service and unacceptable handling of our complaint.
Pros:

The hotel has good facilities and a pleasant setting for a family holiday.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our family holiday was overshadowed by an accident at the hotel’s water slides, which resulted in my sister suffering an ankle injury requiring hospital treatment.

We paid €850 in medical expenses, including charges for the doctor at the hotel and transportation to the hospital, which were not clearly disclosed in advance despite our enquiries.

What disappointed us most was the handling of the situation afterwards. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive the incident report or the supporting evidence behind the hotel’s internal investigation.

We were repeatedly referred between the hotel and the medical provider without receiving clear answers about the disputed charges.

For a five-star resort, we expected greater transparency, care and professionalism following such an incident.

Our formal complaint remains unresolved.

Впечатление очень хорошее, понравилось всё, хочется вернуться ещё.
Pros:

Огромная зелёная территория, чистые бассейны, отличная еда и организация досуга. Всегда интересно и комфортно. Несмотря на полное заселение всего отеля, нигде нет толп, очередей и прочих сопутствующих вещей. Почти везде можно изъясняться по-русски. В этом отеле можно отдохнуть и очень весело и очень спокойно одновременно. Оптимальное сочетание. Аквапарк на территории отличное развлечение для детворы.
Достойный алкоголь включенный в all-inclusive.

Cons:

Основной бассейн иногда прогревается очень сильно, мне кажется его надо как-то периодически разбавлять, чтобы температура была немного поменьше.

Не понравилось, что отель находится в отдалении от цивилизации. Все таксисты скипуют заказы через убер и яндекс. Доехать до парка аттракционов в 10 минутах -20 евро.

Pros:

Останавливаемся второй раз в этом отеле из за отличного аквапарка, который понравился ребенку, хорошо оборудованного пляжа , приветливого персонала, разнообразного меню в ресторане для всех возрастов , анимации, в также близости по локации к lands of legends.

Cons:

Бармен по имени Damir как будто делает одолжение стоя на баре : дважды пришлось обратиться к нему за напитками и это было неприятно.

Уставший хостел
Pros:

Наверное зелёная большая для прогулок территория, хороший пирс для ныряния, неплохая анимация, кафе на первом этаже

Отель старый, очень очень старый! Все убитое, убитая мебель, вся во всех номерах. Устаревший аквапарк! Устаревший звук на анимации, как из старого магнитофона с хрипящими колонками (и это в 2026 году🫣). Зоопарк отдельная история, пару раз заходили и еле выдерживали минут 5, так как клетки и вольеры все в фекалиях, запах невыносимый! Еда!!!! Ну что тут сказать, все очень печально! Этот тезис особенно ощутим, когда на 3-й день пребывания вытащили раков и креветки, очередь собралась 25 человек и целый час они не стихала. Голодными не останетесь, но за 4 суток пока мы там были, мы не смогли например найти никакой рыбы кроме передаренной Дорадо. Вообще пансионат,
Кровати переломленные все (меняли номер), ступеньки на улице везде разных высот, люди везде спотыкаются. Кондиционеры отдельная жесть.
