Pros:

Останавливаемся второй раз в этом отеле из за отличного аквапарка, который понравился ребенку, хорошо оборудованного пляжа , приветливого персонала, разнообразного меню в ресторане для всех возрастов , анимации, в также близости по локации к lands of legends.

Cons:

Бармен по имени Damir как будто делает одолжение стоя на баре : дважды пришлось обратиться к нему за напитками и это было неприятно.

Наверное зелёная большая для прогулок территория, хороший пирс для ныряния, неплохая анимация, кафе на первом этаже

Cons:

Отель старый, очень очень старый! Все убитое, убитая мебель, вся во всех номерах. Устаревший аквапарк! Устаревший звук на анимации, как из старого магнитофона с хрипящими колонками (и это в 2026 году🫣). Зоопарк отдельная история, пару раз заходили и еле выдерживали минут 5, так как клетки и вольеры все в фекалиях, запах невыносимый! Еда!!!! Ну что тут сказать, все очень печально! Этот тезис особенно ощутим, когда на 3-й день пребывания вытащили раков и креветки, очередь собралась 25 человек и целый час они не стихала. Голодными не останетесь, но за 4 суток пока мы там были, мы не смогли например найти никакой рыбы кроме передаренной Дорадо. Вообще пансионат,
Кровати переломленные все (меняли номер), ступеньки на улице везде разных высот, люди везде спотыкаются. Кондиционеры отдельная жесть.

Отличный отель! Всё было на высшем уровне. Номер и все помещения отеля были очень чистыми и ухоженными. Еда разнообразная, свежая и очень вкусная. Особенно понравилось, что в отеле всё продумано до мелочей: комфорт гостей, организация сервиса и внимание персонала.

Отдельно хочу отметить сотрудников отеля. У меня возникли определённые сложности, связанные с отъездом, и персонал отнёсся к ситуации с пониманием, вошёл в положение и помог решить вопрос в мою пользу. Это оставило очень приятное впечатление и показало высокий уровень заботы о гостях.

Благодаря профессионализму и доброжелательности команды отдых получился максимально комфортным. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и с уверенностью рекомендую этот отель другим путешественникам!

Super Pools und Kindergarten/Spielplätze für Kinder, aber schon sehr teuer
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt schön am Strand, ist super für Kinder ausgestattet und auch nicht weit weg vom Flughafen oder Land of Legends. Das Hotel hat auch einen schönen Zoo, und einen Reiterhof. Der Kindergarten ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Es ist schon sehr teuer. Auch Bettgitter oder eine Toilettenbrille für Kinder konnte auch nach dreimaligem Nachfragen nicht geliefert werden. Es wurde immer gesagt: morgen. Taxis vom Hotel bestellt, nehmen den dreifachen Preis als üblich besser über Uber oder direkt mit dem Taxi Fahrer verhandeln. Der kleine Supermarkt hat extrem hohe Preise.

Очень приветливый и приятный персонал. Большая территория: зоопарк, футбольные поля, теннисные корты. Хорошая еда. Отличный вид на море из номера.

Cons:

Не пополняли мини-бар 4 дня подряд, да и то только после того многочисленных жалоб. Как мы поняли, он приходит в 10 и если стоит табличка "не беспокоить", то извольте остаться без воды и так далее (повторно он никогда не приходил). Мы выходили из номера всегда в 10.10-10.30 на пляж и оставались без пополнений, хотя уборка была каждый день. Еще из минусов: в 8 утра в субботу просыпаешься от звука бензопилы (так себе ощущения). Не работало 2 горки из 6-ти.

Another beautiful stay!
Pros:

This was my second time here, and I was just as pleased as the first time. I went with my husband and almost 1 year old baby. My mother, father, grandfather, and aunt also joined us this time.

Even with a range of ages, physical abilities, and interests everyone had a fantastic time. Everyone found food they enjoyed, and overall we had a great time.

Between the 6 of us we had a total of 10 massages during our 3 day stay. The spa staff are excellent at their jobs.

My baby once again throughly enjoyed the playground area even with older kids playing around as well. It’s truly a great space.

We also took him to the Mini Disco one evening and loved it. There was a staff member teaching dance moves to all of the kids. It was fun without being chaotic, which I appreciated as a parent.

The property itself is so beautiful and well kept. My baby and I enjoyed many early morning walks together.

Cons:

My only complaint was that the food in the main restaurant didn’t always have allergens properly listed. My baby has a handful of severe allergies, but he eats many foods. So I was looking at the signs carefully to avoid his allergies. A few times I came across a food that clearly had cheese on it but no dairy allergen was listed.

HOWEVER, I discussed this with some staff and they made it very clear that next time we could chat with the head chef and he would prepare a special menu for my son. This is the kind of above and beyond service you can expect from Bellis.

Overall my family was very pleased and we plan to return!

Pros:

Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden. Das zimmer war modern und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Service generell toll. Das Personal ist uns sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Café und Kids Club positiv aufgefallen.
Die warmen Pools waren im März großartig. Das Essen war durchweg lecker und auch die Getränkeauswahl sowie der Kaffee sehr gut. Der Kuchen im Café nachmittags hat uns auch überzeugt. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel verlief reibungslos.

Cons:

Der Zoo ist leider nicht empfehlenswert und zeitgemäß. Die Käfige sind teilweise zu klein und nicht artgerecht. Das hat uns nicht gefallen.

Мне понравилось все . Персонал , большие молодцы . Все приветливые, улыбаются, помогают во всем. Территория очень красивая, ухоженная , большая. Все везде безупречно чисто .
Питание, на высшем уровне . В отеле готовят и турекцие и европейские блюда . Есть даже борщ, куриный супчик, сырники и тд . Роллы очень вкусные, они без риса, там сплошная рыба и нори, это супер . Морепродукты каждый день. Креветки, кальмары, лосось , дорадо, мидии, осьминог . Выпечка очень вкусная . И что самое интересное, в ресторане нет запаха приготовления еды, значит вытяжки у них очень сильные . Блюда оформленны красиво и везде чисто . Форма у официантов красивая , чистая .
Повара на высшем уровне .
Алкоголь есть европейский и турецкий . Коктейльная карта очень большая . Очень вкусные коктейли на любой вкус . Есть 2 уличных бассейна , которые подогреваются 28-30 градусов . В номерах убирают каждый день . Постельное белье белоснежное, хорошего качества . В номерах чисто .
Мы ехали в этот отель компагией из 10 человек. Так как отель я выбирала, я очень переживала что вдруг кому-то не понравится, но нет . Мы все просто в восторге. Цена и качество на 10 из 10.
Хоть отель и не новой постройки , но все очень прекрасно в нем .
Планируем в июле снова вернуться в него .
Пляж чистый и длинный . Дно песок и мелкая галька . Мне именно такое дно нравится . В общем, все мы в востроге . Срасибо персоналу и отелю за прекрасный отдых. 😘😩😩

Зоопарк еще есть . Много животных. Для деток чудесно

Decent, tasty, clean but with areas for improvements
Pros:

It was very clean and friendly. The view from our room was stunning. Food - excellent, fresh, rich and tasty, especially more Turkish flavours and dishes. The area - well organised and tidy. I am sure that in the high season it’s full of life and even better!

Cons:

Three main things that lower the score:
- no matter how hard you try, your towels will be replaced every day. Waste of water, disrespect to own rules and to nature all the notes are about.
- even the hotel name is confusing. Heated Aqua Park means two small pools heated up to 27 degrees which is too little to have fun. Slides worked once. We chose this hotel tempted by possibility of having water fun in winter, big disappointment in that regard.
- staff constantly speaking to us in Russian, I understand they are 90% of your guests, but it was weird to excuse ourselves all the time that we do not speak Russian and we do not want to be associated to being Russians.

Worth every penny
Pros:

My husband and I have stayed at 2 other all inclusive hotels in Antalya, but Bellis outshined them BY FAR.
—We loved the private beach access even though it was winter. It was beautiful to walk by the peaceful sea each morning and evening.
—The food was great, but the desserts were definitely the stars of the show.
—The heated pools were fantastic for winter.
—The zoo was fun, we visited twice in 4 days.
—The spa was incredible. They made us a fantastic deal to get 5 massages to split between the 2 of us over our stay.
—The kids park was amazingly well kept and so fun for all ages. We have a baby (less than 1 year) and he loved visiting multiple times a day to swing and slide and ride the little trucks.
—The staff was very attentive in every area of the hotel. Housekeeping even changed our bedding each day which I appreciated.

Cons:

I can’t remember anything significant. Some of the food in the dining area could’ve used more salt, but better to be undersalted than oversalted.
