Comfortable, roomy, great location & amenities with friendly & efficient staff
Pros:

Room layout, separation between sleeping area & bath area, soaking tub, counter space, soundproof room (never heard neighbors), big bath towels, toiletries

Cons:

Laundry facility…2 washers & dryers are not enough & it got backed up because of dryers taking so long

Un hôtel confortable, très bien placé pour se déplacer ou sortir le soir gentiment dans le quartier de Pontochon
Pros:

Nous y avons passé 4 nuits, nous avons trouvé l’hôtel très confortable, extrêmement bien placé avec le métro pas très loin et le quartier de Pontocho pour le soir

Cons:

Difficile de trouver un réel défaut ; il n’y a pas un bar tel un roof top pour y aller boire un verre

Pros:

I stayed in 3 different rooms in this hotel.
The rooms are bigger than expected, clean and comfortable beds. The bathtub was great!

Cons:

In 1 of the room there were a problem with the AC. The front desk really tried to help but asking me to stay in a room for 10 min more to check if the AC is working after I told them it didn't worked in the pat hour wasn't ideal. When they changed my room I got different price range room.

Pros:

The location was great, very close to Nishiki Market with lots of food spots and shops in the local area. The hotel was also extremely clean and had our transferred luggage ready for us on arrival.

Cons:

The room was quite expensive for what we had. It was a small room for 3 adults though it was advertised as reasonable for 3 but I would disagree. Its a twin room with a sofa bed squeezed in between the 2 twins. No room for our suitcases to be stored either, wasn't a massive issue as when in Kyoto not much time is spent in the room! Would not recommend the room for 3 people. for 2 however it would be great. Everything else was ideal and would recommend overall

Pros:

Location is very convenient, right in the middle of pedastrian shopping streets.

Cons:

Like many other places in Japan, the staff's English is limited in general. But they manage to use Google translate to communicate well

Durchschnittliches Zimmer an guter Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage mitten in der Einkaufsstrasse, hatte aber auch den Nachteil das Taxis nicht dahin fahren, man wird vorher ausgeladen. Gute Ausstattung im Hotel von Gesichtsprodukten bis zur Waschmaschiene war alles vorhanden. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung (Betten werden gemacht, Abfall geleert, frische Badetücher) ist in Japan eher untypisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat selbst beim Self-Check-In die gesamte Arbeit übernommen. Reception und Eingangsbereich sehr modern und zwei Eingänge.

Cons:

Es gibt zwei Gebäuden, wir waren im Hauptgebäude das Zimmer war etwas älter, sah nicht so modern wie auf den Bildern aus. Bei diesem Preis habe ich etwas mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war aber immerhin sauber. Der Preis war etwas zu hoch für dieses Zimmer aber alles in allem war alles ganz oke.
