When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
From the 1st January 2024 the parking charge will be increasing to £12.50 per night.
All rates which include breakfast will be a Continental Breakfast.

A hotel on the top of its game. Great standards

The location was spectacular. Right on the bay with a beautiful view of the bay and Poluran. The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and had many comforts. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was also very close to the town center and the ferries. Readymoney Cove was a short walk. The main parking center was easy to reach as well. We had a wonderful stay.

No parking spaces and parking is 5-10 mins walk away up and down a very steep hill.
Room was too hot and the windows don’t open properly.
Hair on bathroom floor at check-in, was not mine.
Shower cubicle floor and grout - brown, was once white.
Breakfast room badly laid out so people are in each other's way and over-crowded - had to wait for a table.
Tables wiped in such a way that any food on them is thrown to the floor in the wiping motion.
Breakfast pastries - raw inside.
They keep asking you to pay for a hot breakfast at every opportunity - before check-in, at check-in, at breakfast.
Staff not friendly.
Archaic lift that does not arrive when called as someone has inevitably left the door open.
Drastically overpriced for what it is. Would not stay here again.

The male bartender, barely a word.
Then proceeded to use the noisy glass washer and clang about with the coffee machine whilst we were trying to have a quiet drink.
We could hardly hear each other speak at times, we left after one drink, no wonder the bar was empty!
Amazing view of the estuary. Deluxe Double Room with Seaview was spacious. Great location between readymoney beach and town.
Carpet in the room was dirty, rooms not soundproofing. Indoor comunal areas very small and can be very crowded. Would be good to be notified in advance when there’s a wedding happening as can be very loud.
The Hotel set in excellent position and very convient to relax and be able to visit everything in Fowey.
Please keep the lift such a feature.
Our only dislike is allowing Dogs into the Restaurant for Breakfast feel this is vey unhygienic.Total understand that Dogs to be allowed into the hotel but not where people are eating.

Some of the decor needs addressing - stains on the carpet in our room
On arrival the staff were very helpful and polite, the room was perfectly clean and despite being listed as a partial view of the sea, we had a great view all the way up the river. Complimentary gin & tonic were a great addition. Continental breakfast (the listing says very good breakfast - it certainly is but beware that cooked is extra, although cheaper if you tell them in advance). Parking is quite restricted make sure you ask for a slot early on during your booking, otherwise you will have to use the main Fowey car park 5 minutes away.
Not much! Parking was a bit of a hassle but I had no problem with the 5 minute walk up to the town car park.
Great hotel with beautiful views. Fowey is a wonderful Cornish town to explore as well. I would stay here again.
Limited parking space which isn't sufficient to accommodate all guests. The public car park is a bit of a steep hike. Booking parking with the hotel in advance is a must. It's a shame the booking.com isn't able to flag this, as I'm sure it would have been flagged by the hotel had I booked with them directly.
The view is stunning, and the staff are helpful. The bonus of a few parking spaces if you book early enough, saves you a walk up a very steep hill!
The beds are a bit high.
Wonderful views and super staff. Our second stay.
Sadly both rooms had some staining on carpets. Arms on chairs in one room very stained.
Some chairs in restaurant area we noticed had become literally threadbare.
As dog owners ourselves, was very suprised how many people arrived with dogs and not all small ones. How clean does that make the majority of carpets in rooms? Concerned about baby crawling around on these carpets.
Hopefully there are dog free rooms.
