Five stars an excellent place to stay
Pros:

This hotel was awesome. I have been a Hyatt loyalist for many years and the Manager assigned us a terrific room. Everyone here was so nice. The room was really beautiful and very comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent and very central to the beautiful city of Denver. We went to Cherry Creek and did some amazing shopping. Breakfast at the hotel in the morning was really good and included. The whole place was very clean and was recently remodeled. The other thing that was great is getting around Denver is easy, the train from the airport is a breeze. There are lots of rideshare‘s and public transit. I would highly recommend this hotel and it is a great value.

Hyatt House/Hyatt Place was strategically located near the entertainment district on 16th St. Nice views from the hotel's upper floors. Staff friendly and courteous.

Hyatt place Denver better then expected
Pros:

Location was great. Staff wonderful. The amenities were just ok and the building some of the condition of places were just ok. I also recommend you keep the kitchen open later to get a hot meal from traveling

I’d come here again!

Management needs coaching about lying
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable

Cons:

I paid for a mountain and skyline view. What we got was a view overlooking a parking garage. I live in a downtown area of a large city myself. That is not a skyline view. We were supposed to be comped a $100 back on our credit card. Thst never happened. Management lied. I will never stay with at this brand again.

Fantastic place in Denver
Pros:

Loved the location easy walk to 16th street! Also love love loved the mountain view!

Don’t be scared of valet
Pros:

Great location. Always a little weary of responsiveness of valet, but Jim R made the process easy. He knew us by name! Thanks Jim for making the in/out so easy.

Nice hotel with great Valet staff
Pros:

Hotel was clean. Hotel staff was helpful. The most helpful and over the top people to help was the valet staff. Jim and his crew were key to making my stay easy as possible. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, cereal, hash browns, and fresh fruit. The pool while small is great for kids. No issues. I woukd stay again.
