Location is ok
First of all, I arrived here around 2 am due to a late flight. It was hilarious to find out that the facility does not provide free parking for the guests. I was offered the option to use their valet parking service, which costs $64 per night, or to park nearby at a street parking meter, which requires waking up at 8 am to pay or risk a fine. Second, the street parking meters are limited to 2 hours, so you're forced to move the car every 2 hours (I don't know if that's enforceable, but that's the rule here). Third, there are no free water bottles in the room or on the property you have to carry water from the first floor in a plastic glass or bring your own. After checking into the room, I found thick black hair sticking out of the hand towel.
Breakfast is genuinely terrible, honestly, the worst I've seen in a hotel in a while.
But the best part about this place is that around 9:50am, I started to hear some drilling and construction noises. It's 11:12am right now, and drilling is still here. Unbelievably low-quality service.
Spacious rooms
Basic breakfast, nothing special about it. Basic room amenities — no safe deposit, very small coffee maker, not even a bag for dirty laundry.

Que se batalla con el parqueadero que está por fuera del hotel ya que el de ellos es costoso
Quick Denver trip, overnight, resulted in a single Friday night stay at this property. A clean room was provided, albeit a bit noisy with ambient sounds, and an efficient check in that included incorrect information about dinner service at the bar. The highlight of the night was the valet service. Jim R. Was on duty upon arrival and was quite busy with multiple drop offs and departures. He stayed very poised and very professional which indicated his hospitality professionalism.
I would stay here again based on his performance alone.
We had a great stay at Hyatt Place downtown Denver. We were especially impressed with the valet service. Jim helped us each of the 3 days we were there and he was incredibly friendly as well as prompt. It never took longer than 3 minutes to pull our car around and he always remembered us when we dropped the car off and picked it up. We had a lot of errands to run and were in and out a lot so the valet service was going to make or break our stay and it was a resounding positive experience.
We had a great view.
There was nothing I didnt like.
Location was lovely building was very nice. Parking was over priced. Water pressure and temperature was below average. Mini refrigerator wasn’t on and took forever to chill
Great hotel near convention center - cannot beat it for the price
Some facilities are dated. I've been here twice, and there is always renovation on first floor
Jim R was amazing!!!
Beautiful hotel, room and view.
Close to everything we wanted to do.
Location breakfast
Expensive for a fairly basic room
Everything was great - the staff, the room, the location and the breakfast.
the pool was very disappointing. In the photos it looks bigger.
