A real treat in Cork
Pros:

Location perfect - excellent bus service connects easily to Cork, Blarney and Crosshaven. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. As for the locals - they are fantastic!

Wonderful staff in a friendly residential area.
Pros:

Staff were fab from the get-go. Paola at reception so nice, so helpful. Aoife the waitress in the restaurant was super nice too, madeca real impression. And Sarah O Regan at the pool reception was exceptionally lovely, you'd know she enjoys her job & a genuine care for her guests. The reason I know all the names is because I was accompanied by my sociable teenager (ASD), he loved the kind interactions of aforementioned staff, and he won't ever forget their birthday dates too!
The food was delish. I will never forget the unique taste of the garlic mushroom and halloumi cheese burger😘..accompanied by sweet potato fries, yummy and healthy. Compliments to the chef.
The pool was a lovely experience. We didn't have swimming hats or shampoo with us and were given some, without a fuss. I (or my son) didn't get the young ladies name, but she was super kind, no fuss, efficient.
The pool itself was lovely. Good to see lots of elderly locals using it, a lifeline to them I'm sure, as is my own pool and spa at home. The jacuzzi was hot, the steam room perfect.
The whole hotel is spotless. Bedrooms big, multi-channeled TV. Beautiful breakfast in a large sunny room.
A gem in a lovely residential area.

Great hotel, fantastic staff, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Room was perfect for us as we were staying for a funeral so we were not in the room a huge amount. Spotlessly clean and good facilities in the room. Bathroom was also very nice with a decent shower. And all the staff were really lovely and friendly and helpful at all times. A very relaxed feeling about the place. I would definitely recommend.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Wir haben in der Bar gegessen und es war sehr lecker. Die Damen an der Reception waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war auch sehr gut.
