Pros:

The food was good

Cons:

There was no air conditioning and it was too hot to sleep. It was very noisy with the window open as it's on the main street. It would have been nice to have some body lotion and hair conditioner rather than just body wash/shampoo. It would have been nice to have some herbal teas in the room. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the leisure center showers

Enjoyed our stay , it is a typical 4* hotel used for functions and lacks a bit of warmth and welcome
Pros:

Breakfast was good albeit don’t expect runny poached eggs , tasty but over cooked every day .
Good facilities with leisure centre onsite - it is open to the public and was quite busy at times .
Bed comfy and room clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Banging bedroom doors and even the wall and floor shook when neighbours closed theirs.
Staff on reception on the whole were below expectation .
Meals in Collins were ok but not up to 4* cuisine, pub grub and disappointing.

Einfach alles. Empfang mega, Service mega. Frühstück alles was das Herz begehrt, Pool gross, Kissen problemlos ergänzt. Das öffnen der Fenster würde uns erfüllt. Fussball unkompliziert auf grossen Fernsehern in der Bar geschaut. Überall sehr nettes Personal

Gym war sehr voll mit locals.

Sleepless.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent

Cons:

Rooms were unbearably hot. Impossible to sleep. Windows could only open by an inch. No effort to air condition the halls. No fan in the room. Ruined an otherwise nice hotel.

I would definatly stay again. The staff were excelent
Pros:

Everything was first class, however I would of liked to stay another night when I inquired on the cost to stay another night I was meet with a very increesed cost, this I found this to expentive for me and I chose to stay at another hotel instead

Cons:

Really could not find a fault apart from the room very warm and no where to put on air condition, I understand the weather was very hot but room had poor ventilation. I would also recoment better sinage to the breakfest room as it was hard to find.

Absolutely perfect will definitely come back again
Pros:

A lovely property would highly recommend only a little walk from the shops and a bus stop right outside to go into town the staff we’re all really friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us even with the busy weekend they had for the Zach Bryan concert would also highly recommend the silver springs taxi company everyone we encountered from their company were so friendly and helpful

Très bel hôtel bien situé pour visiter la région de Cork

Très bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Très bon petit déjeuner varié

Cons:

L’emplacement très proche de la route et d’un carrefour qui fait que c’est un peu bruyant (nous avons dormi avec la fenêtre ouverte)
