Amazing location, near Gion and the market, walikng distance.
Very close to the subway.
Laundry macine in room with drying at the bathroom.

Quiet location down a small road yet close to the action. Did not hear any noise!

Cons:

Would have appreciated the reception being open earlier. But they were very receptive responding quickly to questions by email.

Pros:

Buena atención del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Buena ubicación cerca del metro, muy privado y limpio.

Cons:

No hacen aseo todos los días, solo recambio de toallas (no fue un problema para nosotros, ya que estuvimos 3 noches). Check in un poco tarde a las 16:00. El resto excelente :)

Bon emplacement, rue calme mais juste à côté du métro et proche de certains sites d'intérêt.
Bons restaurants à proximité.
Personnel toujours agréable et souriant.
Literie confortable et propreté impeccable.

Cons:

Oreillers vraiment trop plats pour être confortables.
La climatisation est orientée vers le lit, on sent trop d'air quand on dort.
Il manque quelques crochets ou porte-manteau dans la salle de bains et l'entrée.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko stacji metra i dworca Sanjo. 10 minut spaceru do Gion. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna obsługa. Bardzo czysty pokój z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami. Duża łazienka. Dostępna pralka bardzo pomagała - podróżowaliśmy tylko z małym bagażem. Cicha i spokojna okolica.

Great 3 star hotel, very close to subway and center, with self cooking and self laundry services.
Pros:

Great location, 5 min from subway and 7 min from river. Extremely courteous and very helpful staff. speaking good English, especially James, the reception manager. Self cooking and Laundry facilities.

Cons:

Changing towels and sheets every three days. Note that this is a 3 star hotel. Apart of this, it was great, and we would definitely re-book in case we come back to Kyoto.

Wróciłbym dla samego spędzenia czasu ze świetną obsługą! Pozdrowienia dla Was.
Pros:

Wszystko było idealne, natomiast na największe podziękowania zasługuje obsługa.
Zostawiłem czapkę w Shinkansenie, a kochana Pani z recepcji pomogła mi zorganizować jej transport przez pół Japonii. Dodatkowo obsługa dysponuje świetnym angielskim i była bardzo kompetentna.
Sam pokój też posiadał wszystkiego pod dostatkiem, czuliśmy się w pełni zaopiekowani, było bardzo wygodnie, szczególnie że to praktycznie sama dzielnica Gion, a metro też było dosłownie obok.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.
