I traveled here in March of 2026. At checkin, the hotel manager (Gigi) took great care of us.
Pros:

I traveled here back in March of 2026. The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel manager (Gigi) was especially helpful and personally took care of all our needs.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic. There wasnt a single flaw in our stay. The location was perfect and the onsite restaurant and breakfast was exceptional.

Remek helyen van a szálloda, a teraszról rá lehet látni a királyok völgyére, és a níus parti sétányra, csendes, nyugodtt, tiszta rendezett környéken van, gyalog is 10 perc sétával elérhető a belváros. A személyzet nagyon barátságos, kedves és segítőkész a pincérektől kezdve a recepcióson át a takarítókig mindenki

Ez végül is nem a szálloda hibája, ez egész Luxorra jellemző, a lovaskocsis hiénák, amint a kapu közelébe megyünk ki már jönnek hogy majd ők elvisznek, ide-oda nem értik meg ha gyalog akar menni az ember nézelődni, sétálni nagyon erőszakosak de egy idő után ezt is meg lehet szokni

Pros:

Todo estuvo excelente. Muy buena ubicación, muy central y hermosa vista al río. La piscina es grande. Habitación amplia, bien iluminada, cómoda y limpia con un lindo balcón. Nos permitieron hacer el check in antes.
El personal muy atento, en especial Gigi y las personas del restaurante.

Cons:

Deben apartar realmente la zona de fumadores ya que está en el mismo lobby sin ninguna división y todo termina oliendo mal.

Nem először járunk Luxorba, nagyon szeretem a helyi konyhát, az ókori csodákat és még sok minden mást, mivel most is rabul ejtett a város, így kb fél perc agyalás után eldöntöttük, hogy nem, nem elég ennyi idő kell még 1 nap... és újra foglaltam ebben a szállodában mivel maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve

Good location on the Nile, great staff
Pros:

Location facing the Nile. Sparkling clean pool. Attentive and proactive staff, especially restaurant staff. Every single staff member acknowledges you.

Cons:

4 guests (men friends) being served alcohol on the poolside, they were being very loud and disruptive. I left and went back to my room. Guests should not be allowed to drink alcohol in the pool.

The location was great, the room was also nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was not nice. Besides being limited, it was neither fresh not appealing. Vegetables were dry and seemed like they were cut for a very long time, fruits were also not fresh, same with bread and pastries.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and cleaned and we had everything we needed. The breakfast is good and the staff helpful and nice. The location is just in front of the Nile river, so possible to enjoy the view while having breakfast. The pool area is nice, although the pool should be cleaned.

Cons:

The rooms were not soundproof, which means we could hear the noises coming from the other rooms or from outside making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. The door that lead to the balcony couldn’t lock. Guests smoked in the room and we could smell it in ours.
