El trato recibido por personal del restaurante que esta aun lado de los elevadores (en especifico) y de recepción (no todos, quizas solo exentando a la señorita que nos recibio en recepcion ella fue muy amable, el resto no, fue todo lo contrario.)

La persiana de mi cuarto se levantaba al ponerla tarjeta de energía y ya se bajaba en la mañana desde temprano entraba la luz . Debí llano para reportarla pero cuando me di cuenta que se subía ya era nuestra última noche

Uncomfortable night and frustrated with the customer service
Cons:

Booking.com advertised a “Queen Room” but we got a what in Mexico is called a “cama matrimonial” which is smaller than a queen bed . Not what we expected, due our plan was to check-in and have a little rest before going to a night gala I didn’t think to ask for a room change, but when we returned to sleep it was impossible for us two people to have a comfortable sleep and didn’t rest properly .
On the check out process Mr. Uriel Martínez besides incompetence when I requested to speak to a supervisor he tried to put words on me that I didn’t say when he spoke to the supposed to be his supervisor. The supposed to be the supervisor didn’t want to talk to me and Mr. Martinez denied to give me the supervisor’s name . Finally I found out that the person he talked was not the supervisor and looks like there was not one on duty.

This person made me lose time with his excuses and didn’t solve nothing.

My complaint is, why we got a smaller bed when in the booking.com mentions a QUEEN ROOM .
