En pleine canicule, toutes les fenêtres étaient fermées à mon arrivée tardive. La chaleur dans l'appartement était insupportable, même avec les ventilateurs à fond. Une ouverture des fenêtres préalablement à mon arrivée aurait été appréciée.
Et je n'ai pas apprécié la demande de caution sur un site tiers à Booking, contraire à leur politique.

Séjour difficile en raison de la chaleur. Mention particulière pour Jérôme qui a tjrs répondu à mes questions.

I liked the closeness to the gare. Nothing else

Cons:

Well, the location was incredibly hot (but heatwave in France didn’t help). And the highest benefit is how close the place is to the train station, but it may be way overpriced. I generally don’t stay in the cheapest option (experienced terrible places by choosing the cheapest option so I stay away). I would have placed this location at a lower price. Plus, there was a 200 Euros extra required deposit AFTER I had already booked and paid for the stay. They were returned after leaving the place but had I known about it, I would not have selected the location. There was no signed agreement as to the conditions for returning or keeping the deposit, so very little enforceable return/refund options.
Dishwasher was dirty and wet (like it had been washed carelessly), silverware the same.

Note the owner will ask for a separate deposit and a link to pay on the web, beyond the cost of the suite. The deposit was returned promptly however.

De locatie is heel fijn als je op doorreis bent. Heel dicht bij het station

Het is geen locatie om langer dan 1 nacht te verblijven wat ons betreft. maar prima als je op doorreis bent

Endroit déprimant au maximum.
Pros:

Points positifs :
* Emplacement excellent, à deux pas de la gare - très pratique pour les déplacements.
* Appartement fonctionnel : tout est fourni (vaisselle, accessoires de cuisine, etc.).
* Propreté générale correcte dans le reste du logement MAIS

Cons:

Points négatifs :

* Appartement extrêmement sombre : murs très foncés (bleu marine/noir), une seule petite fenêtre et éclairage très très faible, ce qui crée une ambiance oppressante.
* Logement difficilement supportable plus d’une ou deux nuits, même si on est surtout à l’extérieur.
* Salle de bain inacceptable : moisissure importante dans la douche, manque évident d’entretien. C’est vraiment dégoûtant. Photos à l’appui.

Cons:

L'appartement manque énormément de lumière, on a l'impression d'être dans une boîte. très bruyant que ça soit les gens qui passent dans le couloir ou des gens à l'étage au-dessus c'était pas très horrible,
