Centrally located hotel close to Kumamoto Castle and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and the breakfast good.

Cons:

The rooms were too small and claustrophobic. It was difficult to move or open our luggage. The breakfast room is small and they give half-hour slots in the morning for you to choose.

Pros:

Excellent location. Appreciated the free masks and toiletries provided. Breakfast was a good enough spread. It's a compact hotel but manages to provide adequate space and comfort. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Coffee machine availability period could be longer; it is not available from around 10am to 2 or 3pm, but that is exact timing I would want it. Toilet in the main lobby is rather squeezy. The room lighting could be brighter.
