Neue, moderne Zimmer, eher klein, aber sehr gut eingerichtet. Etwas ausserhalb in ruhigem Quartier.
Pros:

Neue und modern eingerichtete Zimmer, unseres war aber eher klein, nicht viel Platz, aber ein gutes Bett und den platzverhältnissen entsprechend praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer und Bad. Im Haus hat es im Untergeschoss viel Platz zum verweilen oder arbeiten, Küche und Kühlschränke für alle vorhanden. Es kann ein Frühstück ins Haus bestellt werden. Sehr ruhiges Quartier. Check-In nur via WhatsApp und der "numa"-App. Die Bedienung braucht etwas Zeit, aber funktioniert sehr gut. 3 Parkplätze vor dem Haus und sonst gebührenpflichtige an der Strasse. Busstationen zu Fuss in 5 Min. erreichbar.

La struttura è molto accogliente ed i servizi offerti come l'angolo caffè e le bibite, sono state molto apprezzate.

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo rinvenuto alcuni capelli all'interno del box doccia (gancio asciugamano, vetro box doccia). La distanza rispetto alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici non è comodissima da percorrere a piedi soprattutto con i bagagli alla mano.

Modernes, komfortables Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Zwecke: fußläufig zur Altstadt und zur Burg. Alles sauber und komfortabel und Dank des Gemeinschaftsraums konnten wir auch unkompliziert frühstücken.

Neues Konzept nach etwas Gewöhnung sehr ansprechend!!!
Pros:

Es war unser erstes Mal in einem Numa-Hotel. Das Konzept ohne Personal, alles online, Frühstück in der Box vor der Tür ist auf den ersten Blick schon etwas anderes, aber es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Der Aufenthaltsraum war sauber, Getränke standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Handtücher und Toilettenartikel konnte man bei Bedarf selber austauschen. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Hotel ist ca. 2km von der Altstadt entfernt. Zimmer war sehr schön und Betten sehr bequem, gute Matratze.

Struttura nuova e silenziosa. Le camere sono ben attrezzate e le aree comuni molto piacevoli.

Cons:

La pulizia era un po' approssimativa, qualche macchia sul copriletto che abbiamo prontamente tolto e messo in armadio e qualche capello a terra già presente al nostro arrivo.

Camera e bagno puliti

Cons:

Check-in elettronico complicatissimo (ormai è frequente non trovare personale, ma una perdita di tempo così quando hai solo voglia di entrare in stanza a riposare è inaccettabile!) Posizione molto periferica. Camera piccola senza condizionatore. Bagno senza un aspiratore (consigliano di aprire la finestrella dopo la doccia!) Pur considerando i prezzi alti di Salisburgo il raporto qualità/prezzo non è buono!

Pros:

Très bien placé par rapport au centre ville de Salzburg, bien desservie par les bus. Il y avait même un petit salon pour garder de la nourriture au frigo et se réchauffer à manger au micro onde si besoin ! La salle de bain était aussi spacieuse, ce qui est pas négligeable !

Cons:

C'est dommage qu'il y ait vraiment personne à l'accueil, au moins en journée. Ce n'est qu'un détail, être en autonomie a aussi ses avantages et nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes particuliers !

It was great surprise to see that the hotel provides fresh Alpine water , and also free coffee! The breakfast was 10/10 . The room perfectly. This hotel is highly recommended!

Comfortable room, lots of privacy. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

The nearest bus stop is a ~8 minute walk, but you must walk about 15 minutes from the nearest bus stop that goes to and from the train station. Compared to the other places I stayed during my time in Austria, it was the least accessible via public transportation. I would recommend taking a taxi if you don’t have a car when transporting luggage to and from the property.

I didn’t like needing to download the Numa app to check in and access information about the property.

The location and workroom downstairs were excellent. It was also nice that there was always access to the coffee machine, complementary drinks (beer and soda), and fruit.

Cons:

I stayed at the hotel for one week, and my room was never cleaned or serviced. I had the opportunity to request this, but I did not. I found it strange at first to have a hotel with no reception. However, I got used to it.
