Only the bed and pillows. The property is beautiful but that’s it

Cons:

The one that chocked me the most was the quality of the toilet paper it was so terrible I have not even found something of such poor quality in public toilets.
They also only offer tee, no coffee at all. How difficult would it be to provide instant coffee for example?
The TV in the room was placed to one side instead of directly facing the bed.
There is no cafeteria and the breakfast that they offer is very limited.
One have to walk 20 minutes to city centre or take the bus for a breakfast

Pros:

Der Pincode hat problemlos funktioniert, das Hotel sauber und modern, komplett ohne Rezeption. Die Lage ist auch gut, etwa 1 km weg vom Zentrum von Salzburg.

Alles digital und es funktioniert.
Pros:

Standort in ruhiger Lage, mit mehreren Buslinien einfach erreichbar. Alles neu und sehr sauber.
Großer Aufenthaltsraum im Souterrain mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, kaltes Stigl Helles.
Das optionale Frühstuckspaket wird gegen 6:00 vor der Tür abgestellt und ist vom Lieferanten liebevoll und sehr reichhaltig zusammen gestellt.

Cons:

...alles digital und ohne sichtbares Personal, was manche abschrecken wird. Für uns war es aber OK und hat reibungslos funktioniert.
Der "Orangensaft" im Fruhstückspaket ist sehr minderwertig und sollte gegen ein besseres Produkt ausgetauscht werden.

Great place to stay, super recommend it
Pros:

The stay was really great, very clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our time in Salzburg. We liked the hotel a lot, the staff were really nice and always super helpful. The self-check in was super easy. The room was clean, it's super close to public transport and the area is really quiet and nice.
It was awesome that we got 2 Salzburg passes and we could use the public transport for free. Great service from the hotel! Super recommend it!

Cons:

The parking can sometimes be a hassle, especially if you don't find a place in the parking lot. The staff was nice to provide us with one of those clocks for the parking, but it's super annoying that you have to move the hour every 3 hours (during the day, it's free), you can't just pay for the whole day and leave it be (it's a city thing). We were lucky to find a space in the lot most of the time, so it was fine overall for us.
