Pleasant stay, shame about the breakfast experience.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. The view was great.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean.

Cons:

The room was very hot, the ceiling fan was ineffective and the desk fan was so noisy and only had one speed.
Several light bulbs out in the bathroom.
Breakfast was late, no interaction from staff about where to find things. We only found the tea and coffee maker when we were leaving the dining room.
Food came out in dribs and drabs and we had eaten before the eggs arrived on the hot plate.

A nice English seaside break, hotel not value for money
Pros:

Location, good if you a couple

Cons:

Breakfast choice was poor, family Room was a standard double room with a high portable bed, which my daughter fell out of both nights, the space was really comprised as you could not use drawers & walking space limited

Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The room was a little dated, with heavily stained carpets and the bed rail had not been cleaned for a significant amount of time. The dust was set on the wooden rail.

Wouldn't stay again !!!!
Pros:

View from outside the hotel. Fantastic!!!! Some of the young staff were brilliant!! It was a bit of a trek to the town, but worth the views. Weather was great!

Cons:

Very bad for parking. Had to park in the hotel car park. We ended up not in a space, but just at the side of a space. The hotel was below a standard for cleanliness. The room was very warm! Could only open the window a little bit. There was a desk fan, but this only blew the warm air around. The breakfast was a buffet style and not very appetising!!! All dry and some things were cold. The bottom of our bed was frayed and dirty. The carpet was stained. The furniture dusty. All the carpets along the corridors were a strange wavy pattern and very dirty. Outside the hotel were fag ends, even though there was a bin !!! Doesnt look good for people arriving.

Its a maybe
Pros:

Staff was great very welcoming, room was clean fresh towels. Nice touch with the free access to the pool ,gym and steam rooms and so on, also free breakfast great selection shame it was all cold. Due to all the windows being open. Floor manager was very apologetic for no apple juice, she even went to see if there was any mini carton or on the bar, she was aware of my son who has autism and food sensory needs, she went above and beyond. Even with some other juice in the hope that if mam tried it son would maybe try it and like it. I didn't catch her name but she was wearing a white floral top I think it was. Thank you so much NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES.
Easy check in also accommodated our late check in after a long day at flamingo land. Also Easy check out with a nice first time for us late 11am check out.

Would I stay again maybe.

Just to see if it was just one of those, our hotel is having a bad day moment

Cons:

The hole hotel was cold side doors was left open. I moved from the small lounge where we was waiting for food the draft was unbearable. Went through to the large lounge sat almost next to the front entrance where the doors are closed. 3 different tables moved closer to use some customer took there drinks to there rooms. Me and my son took our meals to our rooms due to the cold draft. It was the same with breakfast room was freezing all the windows open the hot food was cold due to windows bejng open made it worse with only one toater ment large queues was was ment to be hot food become bearly edible, Room was clean but could do with a lick of paint. (Touch up at best) and a good descale of the bathroom. Not the best view from the bedroom window just a flat roof covered in bird poop. And the constant on and off of the generator and fans outside the bedroom window partly disguised by being fence off with wood panels. Not the best room to be given with a child. Maybe few complimentary biscuits go nice with the complimentary tea and coffee. Great that they do kids pool sessions but by god the main pool was like a ice bath thankfully there was at jacuzzi spa pool. Not sure kids was allowed in but few of the adults didnt mind. Few of the tiles was broke on the stairs my son and 2 other adults hurt there feet on the broken tiles. But other then that I could possibly stay again knowing what to expect maybe give it another chance.

It was easy access to get down to the Spa. The views were brilliant from the front of the hotel

Cons:

The coffee/tea machine … One was not working and the other was empty so waited 20 mins until it was sorted by the staff who came to sort it
