Great facilities and location, disappointing service by staff
Pros:

Facilities and location were great

Cons:

Staff is furthest away of being service oriented - didn't fix multiples issues in my room (a.o. broken light, leaking ceiling and cold shower) and rejected to hold food delivery at the concierge.

I had a wonderful stay. Very close to everything that I needed to do.
