Pros:

my go to hotel in PJ, either this or the M Resort hotel. Excellent location. room is comfortable as usual. comes with complimentary 1 time mini bar, just ate the chips and chocolate. Room prices slightly higher than 1 year ago. but still reasonable.

Cons:

Parking was just ok , the ramp down from parking was quite narrow and steep. but it was acceptable.good thing they changed it vehicle plate recognition system, and only need to validate once for your whole stay, previosuly i need to tap in using touch n go card and validate before i leave everytime.

Stayed three nights. Great location for our needs!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice options. Excellent gym. Pool looked great but did not have time to use it. Meal in the Lobby lounge was excellent. We enjoyed the ease of walking to 1 Utama mall. Good access. Good check in experience.

Cons:

Bed could be a bit softer.

Disappointing Service and a Feeling of Discrimination

The breakfast was good, and most of the waiters were nice and friendly. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with the man at the egg station. Despite standing and waiting directly in front of him, he did not ask us what kind of eggs we would like. Instead, he continued serving other guests who arrived after us, until we finally had to approach him and ask for service ourselves. Even then, he appeared visibly unhappy to serve us. Fortunately, another older staff member eventually came over and assisted us.

Unfortunately, this was not the only disappointing experience during our stay.

When we arrived, the front desk staff member did not even greet us. Since we had two separate bookings through Booking.com and Agoda for three guests, he repeatedly asked us which guests would be staying in which rooms, speaking so quietly that it was difficult to hear him clearly.

The bellman then left us at the elevator, despite knowing that our group would arrive at the rooms at different times. No one explained the hotel's facilities or even informed us of the breakfast hours. I had to ask for this information myself.

Furthermore, when we entered our room, the welcome screen displayed a greeting for only one guest, although two people were staying in the room. The welcome amenities, including the knife, fork, and dishes, were also left in the room for several days without being cleared away.

Taken together, these experiences left me feeling unwelcome and poorly treated. In particular, the incident at the egg station made me feel that we were being treated differently from other guests, raising concerns about possible discrimination. While I cannot know the staff's intentions, the way we were treated was uncomfortable and disappointing.

We paid for a hotel experience that should meet at least a four-star standard, including professional, attentive, and welcoming service.

A touch of luxury and comfort in a convenient location.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, with a very wide range of options available. Location is very convenient, served by two MRT lines, and is a short walk to 1Utama Mall which is huge. Hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. We would stay here again.

Cons:

Dining location options for dinner were a little limited. The trolley going back and forth to the VIP lounge was very noisy and intrusive when we using the Infinity Grill by the pool. There was only one local Malaysian food option on the Grill menu, too much Western food (we are Westerners).
