The location was great and the facilities were clean. The evening shift guy at the reception, Nolasko, was amazing and super friendly and willing to help, although he didn’t speak english.
There were some issues with our stay, starting with miscommunication. We had booked 3 nights and contacted them via whatsapp asking to have the room a day earlier because we would arrive very early in the morning of our booking and wanted to have it available asap and paying the extra amount upon our arrival, and they agreed to that. To our surprise when we arrived very early in the morning the lady at the desk informed us she was not informed about that and we would have to wait for our room until 13:00. Needless to say that all this happened with a translator since no one spoke english.
The room that they gave us was right next to the recetion. And that meant that it was noisy.
The room itself had just the basics. It would be nice to include a chair, an extra nightstand and some hooks for coat hanging etc.

Location. Parking available. Good toiletries. Clean enough.
One of the beds was not leveled, we had to use towels to avoid rolling out. The curtain didn't block completely the window, we had to fix it ourselves. There was a bench outside next to our window so people would disturb us. The parking space is very limited, so on our arrival staff wanted to know exactly when we were leaving so cars could be arranged in the most optimal way.
La ubicación está muy bien , muy cerca del centro que es donde está la atracción de la ciudad, el hostess muy amable y siempre preocupado por nuestra comodidad, nos aconsejo lugares para comer que estuvieran cerca y que fueran de nuestro agrado. Todo muy limpio , ordenado y bonito.
El único problema que le veo es que su área de estacionamiento es reducida para la cantidad de clientes que tienen, aclaro que en ningún momento nos afectó , gracias a la excelente atención del recepcionista, Pero considero que debería ser más grande, para comodidad de todos los clientes.

La habitación no tenía ventilador, fui a la recepción a pedir uno portátil y me dijeron que se les habían acabado.
