Terrible experience: rude management, rooms cleaned only once every 3 days, and a filthy washroom. The shower wasn't working properly, and no toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, lotion, toothbrush, or toothpaste) were provided.

Check in process was so smothly. And Mr Mahidul day shift receptionist was so helpful for me and so kindly.hotel cleanliness okay and safe. All staff are so helpful to carry my luggage and provide information. Room was Okay. But if provide basic amenities then it will be more wonderful.Thanks swing & pillows subang. I will wiling to come again here.

comfortable stay for staycation. bilik tak luas tak sempit, okay untuk 4-5 orang. bersih, ada heater and well functioned, barang semua cukup. staff ada yang tak local so kena speaking kalau nak minta tolong atau tanya hahaha tapi they understood well enough to help. Oh ada water dispenser juga so no need to buy water bottle to stay hydrated. overall is good choice for staycation 2 nights.

The bed in the room that I stayed in was comfortable and it was adequately cooled with single unit AC. The counter staff who checked me in [named unknown] on July 21, 2026 @ 2.30pm was friendly and helpful.
