Excellent stay with great hospitality, especially from Mahidul — highly recommended!
Pros:

The property was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The room was cozy and well maintained. Special thanks to receptionist Mahidul for his excellent hospitality and friendly behavior. He was very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. There was nothing major to dislike, but improving a few small facilities would make the experience even better.

Really enjoyed my stay at SS15 Swing & Pillows. The location is super convenient for me, very near my working/training area, and easy to find food around SS15. The room was clean and comfortable too. Recommended, and will definitely stay again next time!

Hotel neat & clean.and Hospitality Is good. Specially Front Desk officer Mahidul was great،🩷💕 He was dealing properly to check in and help to find the suitable room... But the another thing is Management needs to settle the TV and basic amenities۔ overall good ۔

It’s a good stay and the staff ( Mahidul) is really helpful

It’s a pleasant stay. The front desk staff mahidul is really helpful in sorting a suitable room for me and he is friendly.
