Pros:

La posizione è ottima, vicino alla metro, e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aereoporto Haneda con il treno dal terminal 3 fino alla stazione Nigyocho, e poi una breve passeggiata. Non ho riscontrato problematiche segnalate da altri utenti legate alla vicinanza con il fiume, odori o umido.
