Extremely relaxing, comfortable stay, good food and friendly staff in a very well presented hotel
Pros:

The staff were always welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping was very good, our room was kept very clean throughout. The pool area was also immaculate and cleaned thoroughly very morning. The access to the beach was easy and there were no pesky sales people. The hotel was busy but there were always enough sunbeds. Breakfast was a good, a varied mix of local, and more northern European with hot options plus lots of continental. Sparkling wine available as well. Difficult to comment on the local town as this was end of season so inevitably quite a bit was closed. It was an easy walking distance to the shops and tavernas - we tried one for lunch and were very happy with the food and the price. We had access to the high living club, and the included drinks were very good offering a wide range of soft and alcoholic, tea and coffee.

Cons:

The only one very small niggle, and I'm being very picky, was the lack of variety and quality of the nibbles/food in the high living club. The buffet restaurant by comparison was very varied with lots of local options plus some plainer bits for the less adventurous.

A high class hotel with an excellent location and a professional staff
Pros:

From check-in, you immediately feel the professionalism and care for guests. The lobby, pool, and beach areas are absolutely beautiful. We loved the breakfast and dinner the quality, freshness, and variety were outstanding. Special thanks to the professional team, especially Kati, Yanni, and Marianta, who set an incredible benchmark for customer service. Thank you!

מאכזב מאוד, כנראה הציפיה לרמה של מלון 5 כוכבים לא נכונה.
Pros:

מיקום טוב

Cons:

מפסיקים למלא השלמות למזון שנגמר בארוחות. מפסיקים כשעה לפני שעת סיום הארוחה.
מכונות קפה הוציאו קפה עם חלב קר.
ממש לא מלון של 5 כוכבים, הייתי פעמיים ב Miraggio וחווית האיכות , השרות והיחס שונה לחלוטין.
גם מנהלת המלון לא מצאה לנכון לתת מענה לקפה חם.

מה לא ?! מלון מפנק דואג רמה גבוהה של שירות. נקי נעים. חוף ים פרטי. אוכל מצויין. האקסטרות יקרות מידיי.. מחייביםמבארוחת ערב תשלום עבור מיים. מיקום המלון מצויין.

Cons:

עדיף לא לקחת חדר בקומה 1 מצד חדר האוכל כי יש קצת רעש.
לא אהבנו שמחייבים בקבוק מיים בארוחות הערב 4.5 יורו.

Pros:

A greatttt hotel!!! We were 4 frinds in two cabanas rooms with a beautiful view to the sea and pool.
The meals were good with many options, and the dining room manager made sure we got special food according to our needs.
The Yoga and Pilatis lessons were excellent with Artemis the fitness instructor.
I forgot my wallet in the hitel and Niki was so kind to send it to the airport so i got it on time.
We fully recommend!!
