One of the best holiday experiences we have had- relaxing, memorable, and exceeding our expectations in every way❤️
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Domes Noruz Kassandra. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a great atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One thing we especially appreciated was being upgraded to Haute Living complimentary, which made us feel truly valued as guests and added a special touch to our holiday. The beach, sea, and overall experience were excellent, and we left with great memories. We would be happy to return in the future

הכל! השירות יוצא מן הכלל, אישי, זמינים ונענים במהירות לכל שאלה ובקשה. צוות אדיב, אפשרו לנו לעשות צ'ק אאוט מאוחר ולהשתמש במתקני המלון ביום העזיבה. המלון נמצא בחניוטי במיקום מצויין, חניה זמינה. האוכל היה מעולה, מגוון, טעים והצוות בחדר האוכל מאוד שירותי. המלון יפה, החדרים נקיים ונעימים, המיטות נוחות והנוף מהמרפסת של כל המפרץ היה מרהיב.
בריכה נגישה וקרובה לחדר אוכל, עם שמשיות ומיטות, שיזוף. בקיצור השהות במלון היא חוויה טובה ומומלצת

Top Lage, freundliches Personal, schönes Hotel

Cons:

Nichts ausser.... das Essen, sprich das Buffet am Morgen und Abend ist halt nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr so prickelnd. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau und sehr persönlich. Und die Dauerbeschallung ist etwas zu laut.

Schönes Hotel mit einigen Schwachpunkt en. 5 Sterne sind fragwürdig.
Pros:

Lage, Strand, Pool, Größe der Zimmer, Ausstattung... Alles wunderbar.

Cons:

Der Feuermelder in unserem Zimmer ist fast jeden Tag einmal für ein paar Sekunden losgegangen. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nicht wirklich reagiert.

Das Essen ist für ein 5 Sterne Hotel so lala. Z.b. ist das Rührei beim Frühstück aus Eipulver und nicht aus frischen Eiern gemacht, Gegrilltes war oft verbrannt und teilweise sehr fad gewürzt.

Für das Wasser beim Essen muss man extra zahlen (1l für €4,50) sonst sind die Preise für Getränke ok.

Teilweise schmutziges Geschirr beim Buffet

Zu Laute Musik im Speisesaal.

Die Betten sind sehr (für mich zu) weich.

Öncelikle çalışanlar gerçekten son derece ilgili nazik ve kibarlardı. Özellikle KİKİ tek kelimeyle bir harikaydı hem de seni çok sevdik en kısa sürede tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Cons:

Üç odada üç kişi konakladık fakat maalesef dört kişinin yemek ücretini ödedik sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği.

Great holiday in Chariotis
Pros:

This was our 2nd time in this hotel, we were impressed last year but unfortunately the weather wasn't good so we couldn't enjoy the beach and the pool much, that's why we decided to go back this year and we had an amazing time. We loved that the water in the pool was heated , food was delicious and various- just like last year. We had our room perfectly cleaned and tidied every day (thank you so much for this because we were really messy 🫣). We arrived at around 11:00 and check in time is normally after 15:00 but we got our room almost immediately, while waiting we got access to their VIP room with all drinks and snacks, that was lovely 😊.

Cons:

I would like to give only one small remark about the lighting of the rooms- we found them dark in the evening which made it difficult to get ready and put make up and it would have been nice if we had an extra mirror 😁. But of course those are small inconveniences which didn't effect our stay in a bad way.

A stylish, peaceful, and relaxing stay!
Pros:

Beautiful and relaxing adults only atmosphere with a very modern and stylish design. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool area was excellent and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, and the center of Hanioti while still feeling quiet and private. Breakfast and dinner was fresh and varied, and overall the hotel had a very calm and premium vibe.

Cons:

Very little to complain about.
