قريب من الكورنيش وهادئ. الموظفون جميعهم لطفاء ,خدمة صف السيارات ,بعض المداخل لها طراز زخرفي جميل .
الفطور عادي ,ليس له طابع كمطبخ معين . الروائح ليست لطيفة
it wasn't clean , for a week they cleaned the room once only
The Staff arrogance I had to vacate in 15 minutes of time
I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation within 15 minutes of checking in.
We were a party of three guests arriving in two vehicles. Upon arrival, we were informed that only one vehicle was eligible for complimentary parking, while the second vehicle would incur an additional parking charge. This policy was not disclosed during the booking process.
Having stayed at numerous hotels over the years, I have rarely encountered such a parking restriction for registered guests, particularly when it was not communicated in advance. Clear and transparent information regarding additional charges and parking policies is essential for guests to make informed decisions before booking.
While I understand that hotels may have specific parking policies, the lack of prior disclosure and the inflexible handling of the situation resulted in a disappointing first impression. Had this information been provided at the time of booking, we would have likely considered alternative accommodation.
I hope the management reviews how such policies are communicated to future guests to avoid similar experiences.

A really lovely stay. The room was spacious, the location is great, and breakfast was well worth waking up for.
Some areas have been recently renovated, and the design aesthetic is beautiful. It reminded me of a wonderful hotel in Madinah, that same sense of calm elegance.
There's no elevator access on the reception floor, which may be a minor inconvenience for families traveling with a stroller.
اعجبني فقط البار عندهم استاف مغربي صراحه كلمة شكر قليلة في حقه يستحق وسام الطيبه والتعامل الراقي والله
ماعجبني في المكان استاف الي بالفندق صراحه سيئين لدرجه كل مره يعطونك سعر في الحجز والنظافه سيئة كل مره نكلمهم عشان تنظيف الغرفة ولا مره نظفوها وكل مره اتصل عليهم عشان الفوطه ومستلزمات الي خاصها تكون بكل فندق لازم اكلمهم يجيبونه واذا ماكلمتهم ماراح يجيبونها لنا ونا حاجزه عندهم تقريبا 6 ايام وكل شي مقصرين فيه الا وقت شيك اوت مستحيل ينسونه يأذوني في اتصالات ويطرشون احد يجي الغرفه يدق عليه الباب عشان يقولي شيك اوت صراحه اوفر والله يعني هذا الاشياء مو حلوه نحن نحجز عشان نرتاح ونغير الجو مو كل مره نطيح في مشكله معاهم 😢 اتمنى انهم يغيرون تعاملهم مع الضيف ويتعاملون بشكل جيد

They do not serve even one plate without a charge. This makes me upset. It needs to be improved.
