المكان جميل ومرتب ونظيف

Cons:

الموظفين سببوا ازعاج كبير بالاتصال للغرفه
تم صعود الموظفين عدد 3 الى الغرفه للسؤال عن شيء معين ولم يكن حضورهم بهذا الشكل مناسب لانهم اعطونا شعور اننا نسبب مشكلة
الموظف طارق ذو الجنسية المصرية كان اسلوبه في الكلام وقح وغير مناسب للتحدث معنا حتى انه قال اذا لم يعجبكم الفندق تستطيعون الخروج
لذلك موظفين الاستقبال لم يكونوا ودودين ابدا وتعاملهم سيء جدا
وصعودهم جميعا للاعلى اربك العائلة وسبب قلق
لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابداً

Excellent hote
Pros:

Nice breakfast with many options, friendly service, and a comfortable stay!

Excellent customer service! The hotel management team was fabulous. Abu Jahid, Aqib, Rahees, Waqas, Yonatan and Abdul Mahdi provided courteous, professional and excellent customer service. Thank you, we will certainly stay at Sheraton Khalidiya when we visit Abu Dhabi in the near future.

Pros:

The rooms where nice and big - very clean , and smelled really good with a nice view partially of the sea and the city, the hotel is a bit far from the beach so the view is partially sea view in my opinion

Cons:

The bathroom could use some work, the shower doesn’t drain fast enough so the water ponds in the shower and spills out into the rest of the bathroom basically wetting everything , plumbing needed a bit of maintenance possibly to get it working the way it should, other than that everything else was great
