Lugar muy Cómodo y seguro.
Pros:

Todo estuvo excelente!
El lugar es céntrico y muy limpio y con mucha seguridad. Lo recomendamos.

Cons:

El ruido de una placa de metal en la avenida fue molesto por el continuo paso de los carros, de ahí en fuera todo súper muchas gracias.

Super ubicadisimo y comodo!

La ubicación, esta en un muy buen lugar, facil de llegar y la estancia fue buena, la atención de igual manera fue la adecuada.

la habitación amplia y comoda, libre de ruido y buen lugar para tomar descanso.

Cons:

falta un frigobar, para tener algo frio pero de alli en fuera todo muy bien.

Decent room, but poor quality sleep

Cons:

The room faced an intersection and you could hear cars driving over grates all night. I slept poorly. The bathroom had long hair on the floor. I'm practically bald. There was a dead cockroach in front of the room. No elevator to get my bags up to the room, and I was charged a tariff of over $600 MXN, which was outrageous. At an all inclusive resort I stayed at a week earlier, that same tariff was ~$400 MXN.

FUI FURTADA NO HOTEL BOK 21. LEVARAM O MEU CARTÃO E UM VALOR BAIXO EM DINHEIRO E NÃO FIZERAM NADA.

FURTARAM meu cartão de credito e um valor baixo em dinheiro de dentro da minha mala e não nos deram nenhuma explicação, ainda cobraram o valor da taxa de cancelamento da ultima diaria que iriamos retornar em 2 dias.

La higiene, tuve visita de cucarachas y gato. No habia nadi en receocion antes de las 7:40, parece que unicamente la persona de aseo llega desde las 7:00

No nos dieron toallas ni jabón y mi viaje era de entrar tarde y salir temprano, por trabajo. El aire acondicionado no agarro por que era universal.

Pros:

Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Cerca de la estación de ADO y del transporte hacia la playa. Restaurante cerca. Segunda vez que me he hospedado en este lugar. Muy recomendable.
