Please note that the hotel is located on a traffic-free island. It can be reached by ferry from Biel and other places around the lake, as well as by the hotel’s private boat (available on request).

Guests arriving by car can park next to the ferry port in Erlach, the nearest village (at a cost).

If guests wish to use the owner´s private boat, they are kindly requested to inform the property at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note that the property cannot guarantee that all comfort double rooms will be located on the same floor.

Dieser Ort ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert
Pros:

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort mit einem sehr guten und reichhaltigen Morgenessen. Super war natürlich auch das Ambiente beim Nachtessen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist aussergewöhnlich.
Am Abend fast alleine am See zu sitzen,zu lesen und die Wellen zu hören.

Lage und Embiance top, die Menükarte ist ausbaufähig ...
Pros:

Lage, Gebäude, Zimmer, Umgebung alles herrlich und wunderschön.
Möglichkeiten von Fahrrad mieten, Bootsausflüge u.a. machen, alles super. Frühstücksbüffet herrlich! Die Ruhe und die Möglichkeit die Insel zu Fuss zu umwandern, machen diesen Ort zum puren Erholungsausflug.

Menü-Karte pseudo-exklusiv ... mehr Schein als Inhalt, schade. Qualität aber top. Einpaar einfache Menüs würden der Karte nicht schaden ... grad an einem Ort wie einem ehemaligen Kloster.

kleiner, sehr schlecht wärmeisulierter Raum, ohne Nachttischchen, kein Frigo
lange und umständliche Fluchtwege aus dem 2. Stock , dies in einem alten Gebäude aus viel Holz in den oberen Stockwerken, höchste Gefährdung im Brandfall, für Junge, speziell aber für Ältere Menschen

La chambre était très belle et confortable et les équipements étaient de très grande qualité. Le style d’intérieur est design tout en conservant les éléments architecturaux d’origine.
Tout le personnel était très sympathique et très qualifié.

Cons:

Le seul bémol était le manque de clim. C’était très compliqué de dormir durant cette nuit de canicule.
