Pros:

Sonst ist das Hotel sauber und ok.
Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück für 28.- - das war nix.
Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer(10.-) , war alt und nicht gut, auch der Kaffee war da nicht besonders.
Warum da nicht wenigstens eine Nespresso?
Blöd, dass man den Parkplatz in der Garage nicht garantiert bekommt, sondern "wer zuerst mahlt ...", dann aber 12 Euro zahlen muss

Ein sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zentrale und ruhige Lage. Parkhaus gegenüber. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (wir mussten wegen Staus unsere Ankunft und den Tisch zum Abendessen mehrfach verschieben)

Schönes Hotel mit üblem Nachgeschmack wegen des Ärgers mit TV und Kommunikation

Schöne moderne und riesige Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück sogar mit Sekt

Cons:

Die TV Kanäle vom Fernseher einer Mitreisenden konnten nicht eingeschaltet werden, wir haben um Abhilfe gebeten. Abends war der Fernseher dann an, ließ sich aber nicht ausschalten und auch nicht umschalten. Sie konnte nicht schlafen und musste mitten in der Nacht zur Rezeption. Dort wurde der Fernseher zwangsweise vom Strom getrennt und dann war er tot. Sie hatte also keinen und nur Ärger deswegen. Von der Rezeption kam nur ein knappes tut mir leid und auch nicht von alleine, sondern nur weil man noch mal darauf hinwies.

Auf die Frage, ob man ins Schwimmbad gehen kann kam der Hinweis, dass das momentan nicht geht. Erst durch Nachfragen erfahren, dass das Schwimmbad abgerissen wurde und 2028 erst wieder eröffnet. Mehr Kommunikation von alleine wäre schön. Wir sind schließlich nicht aus der Gegend und wissen das nicht.

Großzügiges Zimmer, gutes Bett. Das Personal ist nett und effizient. Das Bad ist auch für Rollstuhlfahrer konzipiert. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Dss Hotel ist anscheinend neu und macht einen sterilen Eindruck.
