They always make me feel like it’s home away from home. I stay for work so I go to bed very early and I’ve never been woke up by loud guest!!

It is classified as a suite/hotel. This is a long stay motel. Very disappointing, I did not see a rating before booking. 2 stars is generous., the location is what is the most appealing.

The bed was comfortable and I was on the first floor. It was in a nice area but everything does close early over that way. The lady who checked me in was nice and friendly, I wish I can remember her name.
For the price and I do understand it was Derby weekend complimentary breakfast should of been served. The room was decent but not worth what I paid. I wish we could of opened the windows and let air in. The room was kinda stuffy.
The location, room size, cleanliness
Wall ac unit kept turning off. You can hear every footstep or conversation happening near your room.

My room had a musk smell, but nothing my lysol couldn’t handle. Since covid it goes everywhere with me.
