Pros:

The lady staff at the reception were very polite, lovely and helpful. Checked us in as soon as possible as we were a bit early. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bang in the centre of Como and very accessible to all attractions.

A place you can call home in center of Como ❤️
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel in the center of Como. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for a family — spacious, comfortable, and very well thought out. The location is extremely central, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Super clean.

Cons:

No parking available at the hotel, which is quite inconvenient if you’re traveling with luggage. The only option is a paid parking about a 5-minute walk away, costing €35 per day. While the distance may seem short, it’s not ideal when carrying bags, especially on arrival and departure.

However, the staff is very helpful and accommodating, which definitely makes the overall experience more pleasant. We will definitely be coming back.

An amazing stay in a fabulous location.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is fabulous, view from the room was exceptional, the style of the decoration in the room and bathroom was lovely and the breakfast was the best - do not skip the breakfast! The staff are wonderful and the food and coffee are delicious.
