Pros:

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Hotel, da es in zentrale Lage war. Man kann die Stadt gut besichtigen. Die Umgebung war wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Ich würde auf jeden Fall dort noch mal übernachten. Aber Frühstück hätte ich mir anders gewünscht.
Pros:

Schöne zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist natürlich nicht zu topen! Wunderschöne Ausblick zum Dom war grandios!
Das Zimmer groß und sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war a-la-Card und nach der ersten Bestellung wurde die Karte auch sofort weggenommen. Zwar wurde später nachgefragt ob man noch einen Kaffee möchte, aber des Weiteren wusste man nicht mehr was noch zu bestellen gibt’s. Hinzu kommt natürlich auch die Sprachbarriere. Da es entweder auf italienisch oder englisch kommuniziert wurde, ist es schwierig auf einer fremden Sprache gleich sich den Menüauswahl zu merken und zu bestellen. Das Essen an sich war okay. Nichts außergewöhnliches.

Pros:

Очень чисто. На ресепшен была очень приветливая и заботливая администратор из Мексики. К ней бы приехала еще раз). Месторасположение очень классное, прямо у стен главного собора. В номерах есть все, что нужно! Все новое. Постель отличная.

Not choosing it again .
Pros:

The decor, immodest and clean. The location is good but you can’t reach it by car which makes it hard to check in with the bags.

Cons:

The staff unhelpful and rude. The room didn’t lock which makes you feel unsafe and the shower wasn’t working good.

A fabulous, relaxing few days
Pros:

An amazing hotel, beautifully fitted. The rooms were stunning.
The staff were tremendous and fun people. Waiters with a sense of humour!
Location beside the Duomo and 10 mins walk from lake. Right in the middle of the old town
