* We loved our stay at this hotel!
* The property is beautiful, and our room was spacious, with a good-sized bedroom and bathroom.
* The spa is excellent and was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking.
* The location is fantastic (just a 14-minute drive to Ortisei) and the hotel offers convenient on-site parking.
* The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond by helping us secure a reservation at another restaurant outside the hotel, which we really appreciated.
* The breakfast wasn’t anything particularly memorable. It had a good selection and served its purpose, but it wasn’t a highlight.
* Like many hotels in the Dolomites and the surrounding Alpine region, the “double bed” is actually made up of two separate twin mattresses pushed together. While this is very common in the area, it does leave a seam in the middle of the bed, which may be less comfortable if you’re used to sleeping on a single mattress.
Beautiful location with spacious room, helpful staffs and a very fine restaurant.
There is no AC or fridge in the room. So need to open the door to the balcony for cooling in daytime.

1. Air conditioning issues (No active cooling):
There is a wall thermostat to adjusting temperature (+/- 1 or 2 °C), but it didn't function at all. We visited during a June heatwave, and the room was unbearably hot. We noticed other guests complaining about the same issue. When we informed the front desk, they took our room number and claimed they would lower the temperature via the central AC system. However, there was absolutely no change, and the room remained stiflingly hot.
2. Poor soundproofing:
The soundproofing is practically non-existent; we could easily hear adjacent doors slamming. We stayed on the 2nd floor and checked in around 7–8 PM. The guests on the 3rd floor seemed to be having a party, with children screaming, crying, and running around. The noise echoed through both the windows and the ceiling. Because of the intense heat, we couldn't close the windows. Even when we did, the ceiling and walls kept vibrating. The noise didn't quiet down until after 10 PM. We requested a room or floor change, but the front desk replied that the hotel was fully booked and they could only "softly remind" the other guests. For hikers who need to sleep early and wake up early, this was a terrible experience.
3. Baffling sauna setup:
There is a "no swimwear" (crossed-out swimsuit) sign outside the sauna, but since it is a mixed-sex (co-ed) sauna, it implies nudity is mandatory. However, the sauna windows do not appear to be one-way glass, meaning neighbors from across the way can see straight inside. Even if the intention was for guests to wrap themselves in large towels, there was nowhere inside or outside the sauna room to change or hang used towels. The design is completely baffling.
4. Suspected dust mite issue (Severe allergies):
The room seemed to have a severe dust mite problem.

Nella camera non è presente il frigo, ci hanno consentito conservare i nostri alimento che richiedevano refrigerazione nel frigo generale della struttura ma chiaramente non è la stessa cosa.
All’interno dell’hotel sono presenti due ristoranti (nel periodo estivo) ma entrambi hanno come giorno di chiusura il martedì quindi quel giorno non è possibile cenare all’interno.
La piscina ha dimensioni veramente molto ridotte.
Vengono noleggiate bici solo elettriche.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and its location was perfect, right next to the cable car.
The swimming pool was beautiful, with a stunning view from above. The water was warm and very clean. The sauna was also wonderful and made the stay even more relaxing.
The internet connection was very fast, and everything was well organized. We did not experience any problems or missing services during our stay.
Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!
