Great location with the restaurant overlooking the beach that had umbrellas and lounge chairs! Tasty food with vegan options. Fabulous, helpful and friendly staff! Comfortable rooms and beds. Check out the back streets!!

We absolutely loved staying here!!
It was in the perfect area on Gili T, just out of the crazy busy party section of the island but still close to everything!
It was clean, the staff were outstanding ( happy attentive staff ), amazing breakfast and coffee was perfect!
Right on the beautiful beach! And we also loved the pool!
The aircon in the room was cold as and a comfy bed.
Easy to hire bikes and the manager helped organise a special private snorkel trip for us to Gili Meno. He was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. They even did a surprise for my bday.
It was perfection and we would 1000% stay there again!!!

Nous avons eu un soucis avec une personne de l’hôtel qui a conseillé quelqu’un pour une sortie en mer en nous disant qu’elle viendrait avec nous.
Mais le bateau ne correspondait pas aux photos et la personne de l’hôtel n’est pas venu. Il a pris sa commission d’intermédiaire mais ce qu’il nous a dit ne correspondait pas à la réalité.
Mauvaise expérience
Spent 10 wonderful nights at this great little hotel. Bale Sampan surpassed all my expectations, it was amazing. The location is excellent, best spot on the island for swimming and snorkelling, coral reefs straight off the beach where you’ll see turtles every time you get in. The rooms are modern with a lovely open air bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Ate at the restaurant Taste for a lot of my meals and all the food was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the team working at the Bale Sampan, they were all so lovely and friendly and engaging. Always smiling, really lovely people, it was sad to leave. You can tell they all really care about their guests and want to make sure you have the best holiday. Would definitely recommend and would come back again for sure!
Nothing I didn’t like.
J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue piscine, critère essentiel ayant justifié un tarif plus élevé : KING ROOM WITH POOL VIEW . La réalité est totalement différente : aucune vue piscine ni mer, mais une vue sur un chemin de passage avec des livraisons et du passage.
Cette différence est significative et ne correspond pas à la description de l’annonce.
La chambre était très bien en elle-même, mais la prestation ne correspond pas à ce qui a été réservé.
Cette situation m’a contrainte à quitter l’établissement et à réserver un autre hôtel.
Il serait nécessaire que l’établissement précise clairement quelles chambres disposent réellement de la vue annoncée.
Si vous souhaitez la vue piscine, réclamez absolument le bungalow numéro 1 qui est le seul avec cette vue et cette tranquillité.
L’emplacement est très bien, assez proche du port ce qui facilite la vie car pas de moteurs sur l’île. L’espace restauration en face de la mer offre un cadre idyllique et permet un snorkeling pour voir des tortues très facilement.

Очень хорошее месторасположение,выходишь из отеля и сразу попадаешь на пляж! Да,каждое утро в 5 утра нас будила молитва,но на 6 день мы уже привыкли и даже не просыпались) Завтраки отдельная тема,они были потрясающие,выбор состоял из 7 блюд,все было очень вкусно и сама подача тоже вызывает восторг! Душ под открытым небом тоже понравился,очень необычно и колоритно!
Пожалуй могу отметить только вай фай,из 6 дней пребывания 3 дня были проблемы с интернетом!

Bungalows are beautiful, pool is quiet and set back from the main road. The breakfast options are really good and the food is very tasty.
Only 10 mins walk to the port - good if you want to avoid using the horse and carts.
Morning call to prayer is quite loud, even with ear plugs.
Generally the staff were lovely but not quite as welcoming as other places we have stayed.
It's in quite a busy part of the island, but we came out of season so it wasn't too bad.
The price is quite high in comparison to other places we have stayed at.
