I booked and I paid via Bookings.com of course. When I arrive at RCEE place at around 9pm the security guard turn me down because she said the hotel doesnt have a receptionist by 8pm and no one can accommodate my check in anymore. We were driving for 4hours and expected to rest then this happened.
She just told me, to just process for refund. I tried to contact the property but until now there is no reply.
This is very frustrating and ridiculous. This is the very first time that this happened to me. I use agoda most of the time but sometimes I use bookings.com and this is very sad that this is happening and no one is taking reaponsility. I lost my money I dont know If I could get the refund cause until now on one is replying to me.

Pros:
