Location was good but the room was terrible!
Pros:

The location was good. The Sri Lankan lady who worked in the restaurant was very kind, helpful and thoughtful.

Cons:

The room was very small. I don't think I booked such a small room. The passage from the elevator to the room was dark, wet due to some roof leak and had a strange smell. Room service staff was very slow and not helpful.

Good Location and Flexible Staffs
Pros:

Close to shops, restaurant such as Seagull and close to jetties. You can order IVD as well. They offer a good option of Breakfast. Staffs such as Reception was approachable and flexible when you request late check-out as long as there is available.

Cons:

Maybe to check the sink as we stayed in R02 the water slowly go down or let's say clogged sink need to fix.

Good for a night or two
Pros:

The staff were amazing. The reception assisted me with a late check out and whatever needed and the lady at the breakfast was AMAZING, she was taking care of us like a mother to her kids, she really deserves all compliments!
The location of the hotel is next to everything but keep I'm mind that there is a lot of traffic around.

Cons:

The rooms are generally small, I had a rooftop room booked but I saw the other rooms and were extremely small. Cleaning can be improved by a lot. My bathroom didn't have AC and felt like a small sauna, I tried closing the window (facing outside) and allow the AC from the room to cool it.
The AC in the bedroom is right above the bed, unfortunately is very inconvenient but switching it off is also not a solution as it gets very humid and hot.

Pros:

This is the best place to stay overnight in Malé.

Transfer both ways is included in the price
Good breakfast with a choice of 6 options
Decent and clean rooms — nothing special

And most importantly, the staff. Special thanks to a guy named Namil — very polite and caring. He answered all my questions and helped me solve transfer issues to other islands, even though it’s not something they usually handle. A person who did more for me than the owners of other hotels on the islands. Thank you for your effort.
