Pros:

Pas loin de la place Taksim et du Métro.
Chambre agréable.
Lit confortable.
Le WIFI fonctionne bien.

Cons:

Rue assez bruyante.
A améliorer : disposer de plus de cintres.
Mieux nettoyer l'intérieur des meubles de cuisine : ne sont pas propres.
Voir la porte de la salle de bains : l'encadrement de la porte est abîmé. A faire réparer RAPIDEMENT.
Équiper la salle de bains de tablettes au dessus du lavabo et dans le douche pour poser ses affaires.

Wonderful apartment close to amenities with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who were available throughout our stay. Great location only 5 minutes from Taksim Square with a couple of 24 hour supermarkets nearby for any provisions.

Cons:

Bathroom basin was a little small and the unit kitchenettes lacked any crockery/cutlery if you were contemplating some self-catering.

Nous avons passé 10 jours absolument parfaits dans cette résidence à Istanbul. L'accueil chaleureux des hôtes, la gestion et le confort étaient au top, c'est une excellente adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés.
Un grand merci à l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme, leur réactivité et leur gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour.

Pros:

• Чистота и уют. В отеле и в самом номере было очень чисто.
• Просторный номер. По моей просьбе нам дали комнату больше, чем мы бронировали изначально, чтобы нам втроем не было тесно.
• Внимание к деталям. В номере было два больших шкафа — места для вещей хватило всем.
• Современная техника. Телевизор новый, отлично работают YouTube и Netflix.
• Гибкость хозяина. Владелец предлагал разные варианты решения проблемы, даже бесплатный дополнительный номер, но в итоге разрешил мне остаться с мамой без доплаты.
• Спальное место. Диван оказался длинным (около 2 метров), так что я поместилась без проблем.

Cons:

Языковой барьер. Персонал плохо говорит по-турецки. Поскольку мне сложно говорить английский, нам было сложно понимать друг друга.
• Низкий диван. Хотя диван большой, он очень низкий — по ощущениям спишь почти на полу.
• Недостаток информации. Если бы размеры дивана были указаны сразу, удалось бы избежать споров при заезде.

Awesome place in all terms, value for money, closeness to everything, friendly staff.
