Es ist komfortabel, gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis, alles vorhanden - Pool, Aussenterasse mit dem Teich, Sauna nach Bedarf!!!

Pros:

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, Naturpark gleich neben an. Neandertal, Düsseldorf oder Köln ist in der Nähe.
Frühstück war sehr gut.
Neue Sauna ist auch super.
Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Polstermöbel im Ruheraum sind unpraktisch (sehen sehr schmutzig aus). Liegen wären besser.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Terrasse mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, ständig verfügbarer Kaffeeautomat und Wasserspender (wenn gefüllt;-), unkomplizierte Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs, leckeres Frühstück mit vielen buntem Saftangebot...

Cons:

Ab 22:00 leider keine Möglichkeit mehr, etwas zu trinken, da das Restaurant dann schließt und der Wasserspender nicht aufgefüllt war. Wir konnten bis 22:00 Schwimmbad und Sauna nutzen und hätten danach gerne noch was getrunken...

Liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Mir hat es super gut gefallen. Ich mag es, wenn Hotels nicht der immer selbe Standard sind. Es war schön hell und ruhiger gelegen.
Dass es einen Pool gab, war für mich ein Highlight, ich bin morgens direkt runter und geschwommen (ca. 9-10 m lang). Das bei Regen und mit Blick ins Grün, schöner Start in den Tag.
Man konnte unkompliziert parken.
Das Frühstück sah gut aus!

Cons:

Mir hat es wirklich gut gefallen. Wenn, dann fand ich, war die Matratze etwas weich und es war etwas hellhörig, aber für mich nicht dramatisch hellhörig.

Nachhaltigkeit und Wasser sparen word erwähnt - gerne nur ein, maximal 2 Handtücher hinlegen bzw. verfügbar machen, wenn man mehr braucht, statt für mich auf Dienstreise 5 Handtücher hinzulegen. Das 2. Bett hätte man gerne abdecken können zur Ressourcenschonung.

Ich war sehr dankbar, dass jemand da war als ich zum Check-in kam. Ohne Hilfe hätte das nicht geklappt, so wie das Bezahlgerät angebracht war. Über die Notfallnummer hätte man sicherlich jemanden erreicht.

Cons:

Es war wohl Messezeit und daher war der Preis von € 200 für eine Übernachtung völlig überzogen. Die Bilder mit denen im Internet geworben wird, haben mit der Realität (vor allem im Außenbereich) nur ganz wenig zu tun.

Lage war optimal…aber beim nächsten Besuch werden wir wieder nach Düsseldorf ins Hotel gehen.
Pros:

Dame an Rezeption sehr freundlich. Die Lage war für uns optimal, da wir Freunde in Hochdahl besucht hatten. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Matratze komplett durchgelegen…Kopfkissen für uns auch eher unzureichend gewesen (sehr weich…gefühlt wie wenn man gar keines unter dem Kopf hätte). Im Bad Lüftungsabzug…grundsätzlich ok…aber die Abdeckung total schmutzig gewesen. Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
