Extremt dålig frukostpåse som vi beställde och hämtade på morgonen när färjan gick tidigt och vi inte skulle hinna äta frukost, en smörgås och en Bravojuice för den summan man faktiskt betalar, riktigt dåligt

Pros:

Frukosten var katastrof dålig. Att betala så mycke pengar för att bo på hotellet och frukosten fanns knappt
Brödet var fryst i mitten, de skulle finnas ägg och bacon men de fanns lite äggröra på botten av kastrullen och ingen bacon men 4 köttbullar fanns. De var kladdigt på buffén och de torkades inte av. Kaffekopparna var skitiga. Riktigt dåligt. Rummen var också väldigt slitna.

Otrolig våning som hade allt som gör livet enkelt. Ljudisoleringen är inte som på moderna hus.

Comfortable and clean, with a good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, catering for vegan options as well as a large range of other foods. Staff were friendly and helpful, as you would expect staff to be. The system of leaving "Do not disturb" on the door when you don't want your room cleaned is good.

Cons:

There was no one at reception when we arrived at 10pm, and it took several attempts to contact someone. This wasn't a huge imposition, but when you arrive after a day's travelling, you just want to get to your room, not spend more time trying to contact someone. The same happened on check-out. The reason given was that the staff divide their time between the other three hotels owned by the same people. My thinking: If you have so many hotels, you're making enough money to afford to pay for a full-time staff member on reception.

I found the area very noisy, due to it being in "Swedish week" and many tourists, many groups of young and possibly drunk people. Next time, I'll stay outside the tourist centre and just visit it.

Bekvämt läge, nära till havet och staden. Frukosten var fin, älskade våfflorna! Personalen var toppen, särskilt Erik. För någon, som jag, som uppskattar det personliga, vet detta hotell ypperligt.

Pros:

гарне розташування, близько до паромів і старого міста, хороший сніданок, та більше не бронюватимем, бо дуже гучно з вулиці і я не про музику чи щось подібне.. жили в 115 номері в додатковій будівлі, до номера веде багацько сходів, тож майте на увазі, і в номер треба заходити через внутрішній дворик на якому о 7й ранку почали щось вивантажувати чи завантажувати, при відкритих вікнах то було надто дискомфортно

приїхали о 15:00 та номер був не готовий, хоча напередодні зписувались з готелем і повідомили о котрій будемо, довелося чекати 40хв заселення, круті сходи, ліжка завжди роз'їжджалися бо то не одне суцільне ліжко а з декількох частин (фото додаю)
