I like that the room is really large facilities are all working and it’s a very comfortable location.
The parking was a bit hard to navigate. We didn’t really like having to pay $64 to do parking but a lot of the lots around the area were not feasible to park in because they only allowed you to park for 12 hours. The other lots that we wanted to park in or then full so we had no choice but to use the valet.
The location was perfect. The staff was nice. The breakfast was okay for the first few days.

Very convenient and the breakfast was good.
First check-in they had canceled my reservation on Booking.com because they were overbooked, but I did not get the message until I was checking in. Then they wanted to charge me more then double and said they have one room left on the other side of the hotel, since since it’s a Hyatt house and a Hyatt place they could book me with the other hotel, which is in the same building for more money. I feel they should’ve honored the fair. I originally booked not very good customer service. The manager said she did give me a discount on the room because it was originally a lot more. They have four elevators and only one was working and that one broke as well so we were on the 11th floor with no elevators with someone with a bad knee and cannot go downstairs. Very disappointing.
This hotel is where I stay when I’m in Denver for business. It is close to the Cherry Creek Trail for running and restaurants in downtown.

Wish the sink was outside of the toilet room. That made getting ready with more than 2 people in a room very difficult. There was no full length mirror. The bathroom door was a sliding door that did not offer very much privacy. Room was stocked and clean and staff was great. Just wish the rooms were designed better.
The room was not as high quality as one would expect for $400/night. Several wooden panels were almost falling apart. There was only one toilet roll and we ran out. There were two shampoo's but no body wash in our room. The very small bar of soap was not as nice as most hotels at this price range. Wifi was very weak, we had to go outside the hotel and connect to a hotspot to attend meetings during the day.
A+ service, cleanliness and location! The staff went above and beyond at this hotel. Ryan at the front desk was friendly, professional and happy to offer tips and restaurants and places to visit. He even remembered where we said we were going and asked about how it was later.
Jim and James at the valet stand were also outstanding. Both were helpful and friendly.
We would definitely return to this hotel when we visit downtown Denver again.
Room was well maintained. Great view and very comfortable. Front desk staff were always available to assist. Valet team was great, very efficient getting my vehicle in and out.
