Cons:

I’m very disappointed with my stay at Park 19 Hotel. Gold worth approximately $1,500 USD was stolen, and despite contacting the hotel staff multiple times, they were not helpful or cooperative.

The staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing, and we did not feel that our belongings were safe. I expect Booking.com and the hotel management to take this matter seriously and investigate it properly.

Not a good stay and value for money
Pros:

The location was good as i prefer to stay in Sukhmvit

Cons:

The staff was not cooperative at all

Bed size was not proper double bed it was a little bit bigger than a single bed

Four people checked in but got only one room key card
If you need another card you have to deposit 200THB

12:00PM is the checkout time and if you delay it 5 minutes they turn off the electricity and send a guard to your room who stands on your door until you leave the room or so called apartment

If you need a mattress you have to pay 800TBH PER NIGHT
BLANKET 200 TBH PER NIGHT

You cannot get an extra pillow

No iron available in the room
No shampoo in bathroom
No handwash in toilet

Overall a bad experience
Will never stay here
