The room was nice, but the view was disappointing. Breakfast was ok, but not enough choice.
Pros:

Very, very close to Fira. Easy to walk and enjoy the views from the restaurants.

Cons:

View from the room was not great, especially with the old derelict building in the way. The hotel is on the main street with loads of traffic, and very little parking space when you rent a vehicle. Reception is only available from 07:00-12:00 daily. Breakfast was very disappointing. It was the same every day (bacon, eggs, toast, 2 choices of cereal, some nuts, and fruit). Unfortunately, from our room, the sunset was not over the Caldera, but behind a hill with a hotel on top.

close to city center & reliable wifi

The location is good, close walk to the city center. Internet works. But I am not happy at all with the accomodation, I have a feeling the description was on purpose misleading - seaview? Well, in theory you can see the sea far away but foremostely you see construction works at something that will be a pool one day. The lovely breakfast room doesn't exists (although it was advertised), breakfast can only be served to your room - cold (scrumbled eggs), small portions, and as the room is miniscule (and balcony table small) it was really not convenient to have breakfast on the balcony, overlooking construction work.. AC in the room is loud and it has a big bright light displaying temparature and in the night it really is annoying (loud and bright). Toiletries - super small bottle of "all in one" (shampoo + body wash) per person. And now - if that was a hostel or so, I wouldn't mind but the price was comparable to a lovely hotel with pool and delicious breakfast that we booked later. My point is: go look for sth else (especially if the construction work is still on). You don't want to be annoyed during your holidays in Santorini.

大満足
Pros:

チェックイン時間の前に荷物を預けに行ったら、そのまま部屋に入れた。ロケーションも良く、ﾊﾞｽｽﾃｰｼｮﾝにも近くで便利
暑かったので出かけては、部屋に戻って涼んでをくり返していた。朝食のボリュームも味も良くここに泊まってよかったです。

la qualité du petit déjeuné, peu de choix avec des produits de mauvaise qualité
notre arrivée s'est fait l' après midi , vers 15 h; pas de personnel à l'accueil , arrivée autonome selon les instructions que nous avions reçues au préalable , ce n'est pas ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel, sinon on réserve un airbnb
